Customer service was non existent and…

Customer service was non existent and could not access certain features of the software to get the full value. I have months worth of unanswered emails. I then stumble over another site, Tradequantrix, that is a clone of their site. Same reivews, same historical data, same supposed media stories, and same exact features. They are taking money, abandoning existing customers and then doing the same thing again. Definitely faudulent.
