TradersConnect has completely changed the way I manage my trading accounts. The platform is incredibly reliable — trades are copied almost instantly, and the setup was straightforward even for someone like me who isn’t very technical.

Although I haven’t yet subscribed to Traders Connect, I always test their support first, and I’ve only interacted with them via Telegram. Whenever I had a question, they replied within seconds, providing clear, professional guidance. That responsiveness and dedication have given me the confidence to plan migrating my demo accounts—and eventually my live accounts—to their platform. If their Telegram support is already this outstanding, I’m certain the rest of their service will exceed expectations.

These guys are the real deal!! The product is simple to use and super efficient, slick dashboard and copies across multiple platforms nicely.

Ben & Griff are absolute legends on the helpdesk and always get to the bottom of any issues that pop up with regards to mapping pairs across multiple props and brokers.

I got my half refund from them, still asking why I got only half. And I would like to change my review to 2 stars because the supports are helpful actually, but not the Billing team.

I was told to wait and will be contacted by them on last Friday, but didn't, an other disappointed again.

Will keep this review until they refund me.

The billing team contacted me after 4 weeks the mt terminate issue. After replying their message and nothing happened again!

And finally told me crypto are not refundable abs charges me both my profiles in tradersconnect on 17th July , what’s wrong with your company?
Totally amount 446.8 + 809.26 in my profiles!

Also the invoice were deleted by tradersconnect!

TradersConnect has hands down the best support I’ve ever come across. I had an issue copying trades to one specific prop firm, and within 5 minutes they reprogrammed the system so that the symbols were correctly recognized. Since then, everything works perfectly, and I can now copy my trades to all 5 of my other prop accounts without any issues.

The platform itself runs smoothly and reliably – I’ve never experienced any major problems or downtime. I’ve been using TradersConnect for over a year now, and I’m honestly extremely impressed. Highly recommended for anyone managing multiple prop firm accounts!
