Prompt service and good communication

Absolutely excellent service. So glad I ordered off this company. Items packed properly so perfect condition when arrived. I ordered just after 2 on Monday afternoon, arrived before 11 on Tuesday.

Excellent Supplier of Lindab Guttering. Very fair and competitive prices, Good communication from point of order to despatch/delivery. The products arrived extremely well packaged, including 3 metre lengths of downpipe. A real bonus was the sensibly priced, and realistic delivery charge, unlike the extortionate delivery charges made by some online suppliers! Well done Tradepricesonline, will certainly use this Company again.

Fair prices and quick delivery but both times I’ve ordered recently I’ve had no communication on when it’s to be delivered & no tracking so it’s just been luck both times someone has been in to receive the delivery. This needs to be done better for the cost of the products. The shop app is a waste of time giving no updates on the delivery either.

Best price Lindab around. Not a scam and they are effectively a subsidiary of a larger merchant. The experience and dealing with Lester at Trade Prices Online has been superb. Unfortunately the same can’t be said for the delivery company DX however this isn’t TPO’s fault as there are little to no delivery services that cater for 3m lengths of materials without charging an exorbitant amounts. Keep up the good work guys and let’s hope DX get it together. Would highly recommend to all roofers and customers looking for competitive prices on common materials.

Good communication, goods delivered

I returned some items ordered incirr3ctly and was promised that the correctly sized items would be sent out FOC. This was over a week ago and I have received confirmation that the returned items were delivered. I'm still awaiting the replacement items having asked when they would be despatched but received no reply.

I came across this company on google search when looking for Lindab guttering. The website was easy to navigate, it showed the items in stock, and the prices were cheaper than my local supplier. The best bit, they did not charge extra for delivery to the Highlands, considering they are based at the other end of the UK.
They are easy to speak to you if you have a query.
I do have a back order with them, and they are awaiting stock from Sweden.
