SCUM OF THE EARTH CANT THEY BE STOPPED USING PAYPAL RECEIPTS TO LOOK LEGIT STUPID ME!! AM SO ANGRY WHY IS EVERYONE ON THE TAKE ALL THE TIME AND ITS THE HARDWORKING RESPECTABLE PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS LOSE OUT

Avoid these scammers at all costs. They take your money but do not send the items.

Ordered an item off the site and paid by PayPal.
Order apparently was sent with a tracking number. This showed my item as still in transit in Cardiff 197 miles from my home but when checking PayPal it said the item had been delivered. I asked for information and was told it was showing delivered. I asked for proof and was ignored. Asked PayPal for a refund and was told they wouldn’t give me it as the company sent them the tracking number. When trying to check the tracking number with the post office as advised it didn’t even show up. The company have not responded and PayPal have washed their hands of it and closed the case.
No item and no money back.

This is the worst organization of 2024. A criminal organization shouldn’t be on the public space, how are they still functioning or are they authorities partnering with this criminals to rip people

Scam!!! As many others it was delivered far away from where i live and like others they promised to send replacement order but that dident happen.. the first 4 month they bothered to answer all mails but now its just silence from there part!
The email address is now not a valid one.lets hope they get what they deserve ,they are such scumbags

Ordered an item in November 23 and still not received item.

If I could give zero I would..in a nutshell not a genuine company.. its a bunch of scammers.. no product arrived.. ordered it Nov 23 and even up to last week I was emailing them and very irate . Same excuse as what everyone else is saying. " oh please be patient " ~ 5 months later.. so now I give up as I basically got scammed .. be careful everyone

Ordered in October 2023, surprise for my daughters birthday. Package would arrive within 15 days. Delivered in December but almost 100 km away. Been mailing over an over again and every time they are promising they send a new delivery but couldn’t give me a tracking number. Still didn’t received anything….big fraude. Told them to get my money back but they couldn’t do that because they already send a new delivery….sure…lost my money and a disappointed daughter.

I ordered from this SCAM of a company, oh sorry I mean low life scum fraudulent company.Having the cheek to set up on Sept 2023 on Company's House more full me for being stupid enough to buy something that was being plastered all over F/Book, with all the fake fraudulent reviews People was putting on their complete & utter set up! to Scam loads of People out of their money which lots of us work for.😡 I'm lucky I never spent loads of money but it was still over £50, I ordered as a Christmas present which said between 5 to 9 Days to deliver but when I never received after 9 Days I tried to contact the company but nothing. By then every ad disappeared off of F/Book & the face of the Earth! so I phoned my fraud team at my Bank who was very helpful, I did have my money refunded & then next time I spoke to the Bank they said the company are saying they had sent my goods to me & I'd received them? I told them I never have received anything from this company, & asked them for the company to provide evidence that I received it? they refused to give back my money so the Bank took back the money they refunded me.& was going to still look into this, I've heard nothing back at all from them at all.What I want to know is how can this lying cheating fraudulent thieving scum of the earth company can get away with stealing loads of money from so many People & getting away with it?

This company is a joke. I ordered something in November 2023. They charged my card right away. I received an email 1 1/2 months later saying my item was delivered in Las Vegas. I live over 1,000 miles from Las Vegas. I contacted them and they said they would get in touch with the shipping company. They never did. I have emailed them every week asking where my items are, I get the same email response everything, "please be patient". This company are crooks. DO NOT EVERY BUY ANYTHING FEOM THOS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING BUT FRUSTRATION.Save your money and learn from my mistake. THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING IN RETURN.

I ordered via Facebook and have had the same experience as what seems to be a large number of customers. Nothing arrived at my address. Then Zelong claimed it had it was an address in UK but not mine. Credit card company are now involved. Zelong claim I have received the goods I ordered. I have not received the goods they say I ordered nor did I order the goods they claim I did. The worst on line buying experience I have ever had.

Ordered a product in October. Received a receipt and tracking number but the package turned up 500 miles away in Southend. Royal Mail provided photo evidence. Runtoo were full of apologies but wouldn't refund and promised a replacement. Again provided a tracking number and package turned up in Essex! Runtoo again promised a new package and gave me a tracking number....identical to the previous one. Excuses about logistics dept from the company but waiting for a new package which I know won't arrive. Contacted Police regarding fraud but because they are importing from China, police not interested. Scam. I see company office has moved from Haversham to Cardiff. I did have the director's home address but probably moved. What can you do?

If I could I would give no stars Complete rip off, paid for a waste bin, usual excuses, been delivered, will check and get back. Heard absolutely nothing, please don’t waste your money. TOTAL RIP OFF.

Fed up with all the e-mails back and forth been scammed the same as all the others do not order as you will lose money. I ordered in Nov.23 ninja cooker lost my money did not receive goods I have their address maybe I go and visit them

This company seems to be a total RIP off ordered in October 2023 . First they said it had been delivered somewhere miles away .Sent them my address as requested still package not arrived just excuses all the time .I would advise not to order from this company . I have asked for money back but have received no answer to this request.

Ordered on7/11/23. Despite numerous calls and emails, just getting fobbed of with lame excuse
No sign of product.
Asked for refund.
