Bizarre dialogue with customer service…
Bizarre dialogue with customer service that reflect no kind of remorse that a tent filled with holes in the bottom ruined our vacation. The only thing they tell me is, that the complaint might be rejected and that I might have to pay for the shipment of my tent. Btw a bizarre experience having to ship a big ass tent back to a company, even though the problem is theirs, not mine. Now I not only have a ruined vacation but a stressful shipping project on my hands. What a disrespectful way to treat your customers.
