Buyer beware - I ordered a wetsuit, which arrived with a small tear. I reached out to customer service, and they refused to replace it, saying they inspect every wetsuit before shipping. So, I am stuck. I will never order from them again

Ordered a pair of inner tube insert for Gravel bike, they have sent me for a XC bike, order was late, they sent me the wrong item and now they only refunded me for 1 inner tube... just avoid this company.. customer service does not exist only robot.... crazy !

My second time re-ordering the same item which Tradeinn had delivered a wrong Size to me in my last order.
This time I bought Two Pairs.. thinking that that they wouldn't repeat the same mistake again ..
And I specifically emailed them to ensure that they have pack the correct sizes before sending out.
I WAS WRONG !!!
Couldn't believe it and couldn't understand how could they made the same mistake twice and now ...
Both pairs came with the wrong sizes AGAIN .. :(
And I just checked on the TradINN APP .. my order was amended without my knowledge.
The Sizes that I ordered was changed to the sizes that was delivered to me ..

Two months ago we ordered sports equipment from SnowInn — and nothing has arrived yet! They constantly lie and keep postponing the delivery dates! This is the worst service possible — don’t buy anything from them.

Very poor customer service experience. I will never purchase from this site again.
First, I was charged over $200 in hidden customs fees, which is completely unacceptable as these charges were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Second, the size of the product was misidentified on their website. I even sent a photo to demonstrate it was too small, but it was not taken into consideration. Despite this, I was still charged return fees even though the mistake was clearly on their end.
In addition, they are extremely difficult to reach. I had to follow up repeatedly to obtain a response to my questions and a refund. Despite having delivery confirmation for more than 7 days, they claimed they had not received the returned item. I had to provide proof before they finally accepted the return. This resulted in a significant and unnecessary waste of time and energy.
I am very disappointed with this experience and do not recommend this site.

I’ve genuinely never dealt with such incompetent customer service before.
I ordered a battery for my motorcycle with an estimated delivery of April 20–22. Since I had a mechanic appointment planned, I reached out on the 20th to confirm whether the delivery date would hold. They informed me it would not arrive in time and offered a refund.
I explicitly replied that I did not want a refund—I simply needed a reliable delivery date so I could plan accordingly.
The next email I received? My order had been cancelled.
So after waiting over a week, they cancelled my order against my direct request, leaving me with nothing and wasting my time completely.
At this point, I honestly can’t tell whether their customer service is run by an untrained AI or if they simply don’t read what customers write—but either way, the result is the same: zero accountability and a frustrating, time-wasting experience.
I will not be ordering from them again.

CUIDADO! If purchasing from the US, there will be an import tax added by UPS of about 20% of the purchase price. Obviously, this is not added to the purchase price or clearly disclosed when you make the purchase. I would swim, bike, and run from these clowns asap.

Tradeinn is avoiding to address the issue with this order for almost a month now. I paid 79.42 EUR for the items that never even passed the customs and never got delivered. Customer support doesn't exist, after more then 10 emails I sent to them asking for help they only respond with AI Bot generated templates that do not help, nor address the problem. It appears that no human is working in customer support, emails are generic templates and their chat bot is just repeating it self over and over again.

⭐ 1/5 – Failed delivery, no accountability, endless template responses (Order 67563397)
I placed an order on March 25, 2026 (Order 67563397) with a promised delivery between March 30 and April 1.
Today, more than 3 weeks later, the order has still not been delivered.
What makes this experience unacceptable is not just the delay, but how it has been handled:
* I contacted Tradeinn more than 20 times.
* Every time I received the same generic template response about “possible shipping issues”.
* None of my actual questions were addressed, and no concrete solution was provided.
Meanwhile, DPD (the shipping company) confirmed that the parcel is currently under **internal inspection due to suspected damage**, meaning the shipment has not even been completed.
Despite this, Tradeinn repeatedly told me to:
* check tracking
* visit a parcel shop
Both of which are irrelevant, since the parcel is not in a deliverable state.
I also requested cancellation early (April 1) when the delivery promise was already missed. This request was refused, and the shipment was continued anyway.
Now, after I formally withdrew from the contract due to failed delivery, Tradeinn is asking me to provide **photos of the damaged product and packaging** — which is impossible, because I never received the package in the first place.
At this point:
* The goods have not been delivered
* The parcel is likely damaged
* Customer support is not addressing the actual issue
* I have been pushed into a situation where I had to initiate a chargeback via my bank
This shows a complete lack of:
* accountability
* problem resolution
* customer support
If something goes wrong with your order, you may end up dealing with automated responses and no real help.
I strongly recommend avoiding this shop and buying from a retailer with proper support.

I ordered headphones for my daughter's birthday on 04/04. Delivery was expected on 14th - 17th of April. Delivery was delayed, and the headphones arrived late on 24/04.
They are nice, well packed. My daughter loves it.
Next time, please give a more reliable delivery date.

I ordered some dirt bike parts. The problem is that I had no idea these parts would be imported. It turns out UPS left a COD note for $39.90 that I had to pay in addition to what I had already paid to TradeInn for the purchase and delivery. The fact that I may have to pay additional import duties was never disclosed, yet the customer service agent acted as if it were my reponsibility to know that duties could be charged for the delivery of the products. This is a deceptive practice in that I never knew additional charges were possible. Yet, the agent acts as if this is my responsibility to know. And now that I know, you can be assured that I will not be buying again from this shady operation.
