I placed my order on March 19
I placed my order on March 19, 2026. The tracking first showed that it had “arrived in the destination country” on March 31. Then, on April 11, it again claimed the package had “arrived in the destination country.” How many times does it need to arrive in Singapore?
My holiday has already ended, and I was supposed to use these items during my vacation. The delivery date was misleading, and I am no longer willing to wait. Please cancel this order and issue a full refund!

I bought two items which were expected to be delivered in 4 to 5 days.
It has passed 15 days since the expected delivery date and after multiple contacts to the delivery company, every time received the information the would request the deliver in the same day. However it was never delivered. I also tried to contact trade inn complaining about this situation which always responded that delivery company was handling the situation.
One day I went to an agency from the delivery company where it was told me that package was still in central warehouse without even schedule for delivery.
Immediately reported this incident to trade inn which continuous to reply me with same bullshit that package is under distribution.
They did not even care to read my message where I state that the person form the delivery company told me that was not truth.
Awfull customer support. Order number is 67619552.

I tried to cancel the order approx. 1 hour after ordering when i realised it was the wrong item. They replied saying the order was already being processed. Now sending this back which is costing me £11.99 by using their returns. No other way to send back. Item only cost £17.98. If i took item to post office to send back it would probably cost less than £3.50. Probably one of the worst companies i have dealt with. Should have read the reviews on here before ordering. Will never use again

The never deliver on anything. Customer service is unhelpful. This is such a scam website.
Nothing is ever in stock even though they say it is when you purchase. Do not belivbe it if it says "immediate shipping" or "in stock" this is not accurate at all.
They have it in different distribution centers, so you have to wait and hope that they can collect your order and process it. In reality this never happens!!! I have never had a a successful order from bikeinn, or any tradeinn website. You always have to edit your order and remove items if you actually want any part of your order to be delivered. This means you then need to shop again and pay additional shipping fees from other places. Absolute scam, I can't believe this company is allowed to operate in the EU. They should be shut down. I order something 2 weeks ago, already had to remove items as they update their status to being delayed with no timing of when they would have them in stock. AND THEY STILL LIST THE ITEMS AS 'IMMEADIATE SHIPPING!!" to scam everyone else. Absolutely pathetic. Shame on you for working for this company

Nightmare experience
I ordered sunglasses (Order #67251765) and received a perfectly sealed shipping box containing a completely empty ADIDAS sunglasses case. All security seals were intact.
The support team (Sam, Harry, Anna, James) has put me through a 2-week loop of scripted responses. Their "investigation" claims they think the item was packed, yet the shipping weight on the carrier label matches the weight of the empty box I have at home (I made my own investigation that I document with photos). This proves the error happened at their warehouse, not during transit.
Despite providing 10+ photos and video evidence three separate times, they continue to ask for the same information. Package was NOT damaged - it was simply empty. Yet they ask me, if I filed a damage claim with courier.. like what? This is a clear attempt to avoid responsibility for a packing/warehouse error? Unprofessional and exhausting experience.
If not resolved, I will initiate chargeback with my bank (that's what my bank advised to do). But I will definitely inform everyone I can about this experience.

Two wheelsets I paid for were never delivered at my place, because they were damaged during transport. Then it seems they got lost. TradeInn does not offer replacement and refuses to pay me back. I think they no longer have humans in their customer service. Even their replies on Trustpilot are not sincere: they have all information, we have exchanged a dozen emails already, they simply refuse to give money back even if they did not deliver

The single worst customer service…
The single worst customer service experience I have experienced in my life.
I have sent multiple messages trying to explain my issue and their customer service team continue to copy paste responses that my ‘order will be shipped soon’.
They are clearly not reading the messages and fundamentally misunderstand what I need help with, and have zero interest in finding out.
I am now concerned that the $150 they owe me in a refund will never be seen.
Atrocious.

Getting a bit tired from this company
Getting a bit tired from this company, first it takes weeks to sent the item I ordered (ION shorty), and when it finally was delivered, it was the wrong type (front zipper instead of back zipper). When I wanted to send it back, it could only be returned by Mondial Relay, which is not available where I live. So I asked for the possibility to send the item back via a different courier (DHL) but then I got a response from Tradeinn to 'use the link on the website', which doesn't exist, at least I couldn't find it. No way to contact them via phone and the answers you get come from AI, so not helpful at all. Ordered several items from them in the past, but this was the last time! Update: sent several mails to ask for a different courier return label, not possible. So I sent the item back via DHL on my own account. Still disappointing…😩

In hindsight, delivery estimate is a deliberate con.
In hindsight, delivery timeframe is way out.
I ordered an item through Bikeinn and was pleased with price and delivery estimate.
The reality is that delivery was way out and a bit of a con. Not even close.
If I had known better, I would have paid extra and bought locally.
Recent reviews are indicative of a company in decline.
The company Bot generated response to my review is indicative of a company that does not care or appear to acknowledge that the reason for so many negative reviews, is that they are knowingly exaggerating delivery estimates. This suggests blatant and cynical dishonesty. Profit at the expense of customer service/satisfaction. Shame on them!
My tracking shows that the items that were due to be with me on 9th April, are in Holland as at 13 April.

I ordered a UK size 10.5 what arrived was a UK women’s 10.5.
These shoes were not described as women’s specific sizing.
Under consumer rights act these were not sold as advertised.
The communication of trade inn is a disgrace, I seem to constantly get an automated robot reply which doesn’t recognise the breach of contract.
I would like a full refund including my postage as I was sent out an incorrect item.
I have stated the automated returns process and still waiting for a response. Also when I try to accurately convey my issue in the dialogue box I’m not allowed to send it because apparently I’m not using standard Latin! This service is honestly a joke.
I will now be contacting the UK international consumer centre to open a formal complaint against trade inn.
This company is quick to take your money, slow to deliver and impossible to deal with if problems arise. Buyer be warned!
Update…I have now compiled all the evidence to prove that the item purchased was not as described and opened a case against Trekkinn.
EU law states that the seller is to cover the cost of return in the event of an item being sold incorrectly. These were women’s shoes size 10.5 and not listed as such. I was led to believe I was buying a standard UK 10.5 men’s shoe.
I understand the case will take 6 months or so to deal with. For me it’s not about the cost of return posting but it was the way my issue was handled, single handed the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I’m sure as a reader you will see Tradeinn’s response below seems like it’s a standard AI response!

The pricing is usaually good compared to other shops, a four star rating for that, but the delivery and customer support is a one star. When you conntact them / it , the answers is just bad, it doesn't feel like they look in to it, just reply in a very nonspecific answer that doesn't help or clerify anything and the days just passes. I have been wating for a part for my bike får 11 days now, and the part was in stock. And this is not the first time this happened.

Said carrier lost product. Will not refund me because they think thats not their problem. So if you buy a bicycle thats worth $10000 and they "lose" it. You will have lost all your money because they will say thats not our problem. Which is essentially just theft. STEER VERY CLEAR!

The company replied with a generic message about customs and delivery times, but failed to address my actual issue.
My concern is not about delivery times or general customs policies. The key point is that the product is still in Spain and has not yet entered the international shipping or customs process. I contacted their support team immediately while the order was still at origin, requesting a reasonable solution such as cancellation, interception, or a price adjustment after the significant price drop.
This request was denied, even though the order was still within their logistics control. As an international customer, this situation is particularly unfair because the declared value directly affects import taxes. In my country, import duties and taxes can nearly double the final cost of the product. By refusing to adjust the price or cancel the order while it is still in your warehouse, the company is not only overcharging me for the item, but also significantly and unnecessarily increasing my tax burden.
I am requesting a fair and proportionate solution, such as adjusting the order price to the current listed value or providing equivalent store credit. The company’s promotion of “competitive pricing” creates an expectation of fair value — a standard that this situation clearly contradicts.
I await a direct and concrete response to this specific issue.
I purchased a product from TradeInn (RunnerInn store) for 898 BRL, and just a few days later the exact same item dropped to 637 BRL.
I contacted their support team immediately while the product was still in Spain, requesting a simple and reasonable solution: cancellation, interception, or a price adjustment.
However, I was told that no changes were possible after shipment — even though the product was still in Spain and had not yet entered the international shipping or customs process.
For an international customer in Brazil, this is even more problematic. Import duties and taxes are calculated based on the declared value, meaning the higher price also results in higher customs charges. A price adjustment would have reduced both the product cost and the tax burden.
Additionally, the company promotes an “easy return” policy, but for customers outside the EU, return costs are extremely high and impractical.
This leaves the customer with no realistic solution:
- unable to cancel
- unable to return without significant financial loss
- forced to pay both a higher product price and higher import taxes
This is not only about pricing, but also about transparency and fair treatment of international customers.
This review reflects my experience as an international customer outside the EU.
I am still open to a fair resolution.
