Easy process and received the valuation…
Easy process and received the valuation I was given. Only comment I would make is that from the moment I posted my item until the valuation was confirmed there was no communication so you just have to be patient and trust that you will hear eventually!

Simple process to send off old items, could have been a little more communication on the status of the package, but the correct amount of cash received in the bank.

Good experience
The whole process was clear and easy. Once all the things you're selling are listed it's just a case of downloading the packing slip and the free postage label and sending the box. It was about 14 days from me listing the goods to having the money in the bank. I'm very happy with how it all went.

Easy transaction and good customer service
