Scam
They are thieves, after a week without problems I sent a payment of 0.12eth and they kept the money because it was indicated that my order was suspicious, so I contacted the support who told me that there was nothing suspicious and that they put my email address in the white list but that I had to reorder with the same amount, so I reordered 0.12eth and still the same, my money is gone and tradegossip holds my 0.24eth in total and without refund. So I can only tell you to run away from these scammers
