2 glass panels out of 9 purchased with a Balustrade system show fairly significant markings from manufacture when frosted or when condensation is present over the winter months. Trade Balustrade stated that this was the first time they have seen this yet neither they or the manufacturer will replace the 2 panels or guarantee that the markings will disappear.

The Trade Balustrade product is second to none. We needed two sets of balustrades for our new garden. One is a straight steps but the second set turns through 90 degrees.
