The platform is very friendly, easy to operate, a very good experience, but I am finding the withdrawal fees to be very high

I made the mistake of sending in $500 dollars without checking tradear.com out first. It seemed legit, they have a website to do very complex transactions so I thought it safe. I think after a week I decided I wanted to get my money back because I just didn't like their interface. I did open and close one position out of curiosity. According to them that transaction made me $116 dollar. I just wanted my $500 back. But, they mostly ignore my e-mails and kept telling me that I had to send in my country id to prove who I was, but then kept telling me that the image I sent was not acceptable. This all started back in April 14 of 2021. Another reason they don't want to let you close the account is so it seems that your are still using their services. On October 27th, 2021 Bancolombia charged my account again in relation to this. (I had received a credit to my account after filling out a form for MyChargeBack) From my point of view it seem that Bancolombia is catering to this company instead of their customer. Whatever brings in more money I guess. This is awful because now I kind of mistrust Bancolombia. I have been trying to communicate with Bancolombia but they have poor customer service. They hung up on me on various occasions.
