5 days to credit an electronic transfer.
This company has a very very poor electronic bank transfer system which takes 5 days. Missing trading opportunities due to their 1960s bank transfer system.
Avoud electronic bank transers...shocking.

For the third time now I get on a loop with customer support loading with other departments. I sent the same pdf statement 10 times and was not accepted until they clicked on it, found the transactions and verified my payment method. Trading experience was ok but interacting with customer support requires a day off because they are all over the place.. I’m waiting for my funds to be refunded and will promptly close my account with them.

Thieves. Legal presumably.
They'll take funds off your bank account randomly without permission. Thieves thieves thieves thieves. C***s. Thieves.

Getting your money out of this company's app is totally ridiculous they tell you,
you have to verify a card that is out of date and you no longer have they do not have the ability or common sense to delete an out-to-date card and you have to verify it I've been trying now for six days and getting nowhere they are completely stupid people with no common sense avoid avoid avoid

I do not recommend this broker, if you have a problem and want to talk to someone from trading212 they will answer you after 7-12 hours minimum, all the time when you buy shares from trading212 they show you a price and after you buy them you will notice that you buy 3%-7% higher than the displayed price and this also happens when you sell shares, for example if you are in profit by 5% and you want to sell, when you receive money you will see that you are at -2% , this is pathetic, I checked with other brokers and trading212 has the highest commissions, many times when you try to buy or sell, your order remains pending for a few seconds (20-30).
Stay away from trading212, if you want to buy on the stock exchange, the only one who will win is trading212.
If possible, I would give -5 stars

I recorded the transaction. It showed my having 900 pounds in profit and showed the screen receipt for 900 pounds so i pressed confirm and they only gave me 150 pounds. I complained and they claim that the price fluctuated. I recorded the whole transaction for 5 mins and there was no fluctuation on my screen. They sent me their internal screens, (different from the users screen ) and it showed a different price, but thus was not shown to the user and could easily be manipulated. This is not clear or transparent and for that reason I am going to the FCA to report them.

This appears to be a big SCAM. Do not open an account. I opened an account, they tried to get me to deposit more but I refused then they were quite horrible to me. I was told I was 'wasting their time' if I did not deposit more funds. I then tried to withdraw my money but to date have not had anything returned and now cannot get in touch with them. Email addresses do not go through and the contact details on the website do not work. Thank goodness I only did the initial US$250. Really horrible people out there!

I am presently withdrawing, and having trouble getting support and contact to achieve this. Not a happy customer maybe they read their mission statement etc
If others having same problems please post. Any info to help locate these insects .

This scammer operation Trade212 not to be confused with " Trader 212 or Trading 212 "
Trade212 use fake website pages, fake trade records, fake graphs etc etc.
These scammers make their money from your greed, it is as simple as that.
The fake website shows you huge returns and the fake brokers will tell you they using state of the art AI software . It is hilarious.
Faked huge profits then they tell you they need to upgrade your account to be able to transfer your earnings/profits. Asking you to pay more money.
Do not fall for it.
The agent is a scammer working from call centre , the whole thing is a scam.
The scammers will make you pay via PayPal and then give you a fake invoice, then stall for time with fake website pages , won't send you any transfers, not answer messages etc.

My wife fell for their garbage scam and lost $250 USD

And to you Trade212 I say this.. I hope my review costs you to lose lots of money and that others will see you are a scammer.
You don't return my wife's money so now, I hope my review costs you to lose much more

Customer service is slow and doesn't answer your questions. Also, withdrawals are a pain to set up and you can't get your money out easily. I can't say I'd recommend them.

Apparently if I don't choose to allow my shares to be lent out so someone else can short them (thereby making me lose money) they will not allow me to open new positions...

I'm absolutely not gonna open an account with them seing that this is the case.

Using any platform for money transactions is all about trust. T212 have more than once stopped me from investing my money where I want to, for various insulting reasons, like "it was too much of a risk". Use any other platform than this. Forever tarnished by their behaviour during the Gamestop saga too.

very very bad experience, I was trading with other companies in the past, no one has made such a fool out of me before

I put a large amount of money in my trade account on the 8th Jan 2021. Trade 212 since then have not deposited this into my account and refuse to give me a refund back into my account. I have sent them all the statements needed and imagine for 5 weeks now no money and can't do my trades. Imagine how much money they have lost me!

They email and confirm the have my money but still they don't refund this to my bank account or trade account. Getting legal representation involved and I would advise everyone to be careful.

Also reported to my bank!

Manipulator of the market. Unable to buy shares in GameStop.

Stopped placing orders to illegally manipulate the market!

Update Jan 26.
Funds appeared today after not being updated for 14 calendar days. Very slow customer service and lack of clear communication.

Significant funds missing after deposit. Customer service not responding after evidence of transfer provided VERY BAD SERVICE SO FAR.
Advertised chat is not available, only email so waiting for the resolution of this issue.

SCAM. STAY AWAY! You will lose your money.
