Very bad

The idea is good, but the execution is poor. I activated commitment mode for one week and have now been locked for several days due to a trade reign synchronization. I have not violated any of my configured rules and still cannot do anything. Moreover, it takes an excessively long time to resolve this; my issue has still not been resolved after 2 days. Responses to emails take far too long.

Tim, keep in mind that this is a beta product currently and there can be bugs because of that. It's not in final release form. Also, there was a delay in my response because for some reason I did not get your email on time. There was some kind of delay in the email system. I do apologize for that. I did resolve your issue though once I got the email.

Amazing product

This software is amazing, it stops me breaking my rules. Also the owner is the greatest guy he will help you with everything. Highly recommend it!!!
