I have alpha optics from Swaro and…
I have alpha optics from Swaro and Zeiss and side by side Tract binos and riflescopes are very close to these alpha counterparts. I love the warranty and customer service from Tract. The owners always reply to your questions and problems and do not ask you to fill out forms for warranty service. Just send it to this address with a note and we will take care of it. They are great to work with.

I found a demo 3-15 Toric on their site for a smoking deal. Looks like it never came out of the box! The rifle I purchased it for is on back order so I will give it a work out on a 30-06 and 300 win mag until my new rifle gets here!

Fair weather scope
I had a problem with my scope. Jon communicated well but the issue has never been resolved and the final verdict is these scopes do not function well in the canadian climate. All that elevation but a parallax that won't focus beyond 400 yards in below freezing temperatures.

Doug - As we spoke, we did determine that the parallax knob on a number of units form a specific production run was not performing as designed. We took care of the issues immediately and repaired or replaced all units. Regarding the cold weather, it is a fact (no matter the manufacturer) that extreme cold weather will cause a "Physical Shift: Extreme cold temperatures shrink the scope's metal tube and change the spacing between internal components, causing the true parallax-free distance to change." I have been using Tract exclusively for my optics/bases/rings for a couple of years.
