Poor dealership, not interested in selling cars.
Poor dealership. Car listed at £1203 above market cost according to Autotrader Willing to overlook as its main dealer. Attempted to purchase. No deal to be made whatsoever. Effectively told the price is the price take it or leave it. Not interested in any discussion over it. My advice, don’t bother with them, go to a dealer willing to negotiate!

Autotrader had this vehicle labelled as "Fair Price", and we were unable to find a comparable example within a two-year registration period. We price-check our vehicles daily, taking into account age, mileage, condition, specification, preparation and acquisition costs, together with current market supply and demand. Our pricing also reflects the value of the comprehensive package we provide as standard, including a 12-month Suzuki Approved Warranty, a fresh 12-month MOT, a full mechanical and electrical multi-point inspection, a full provenance check, and preparation to our Approved Used standards.
We appreciate that every customer is looking for the best possible value. While we will always consider reasonable offers, we are not always able to reduce the price of vehicles that we believe already represent fair value, particularly when they have only recently been advertised.

Brilliant service.
This without a doubt in over 20 years of buying various cars from different dealerships was the best experience I have ever had!
Right from the start jack who dealt with us was welcoming and so helpful finding us the right car. There was no pressure at any point and the whole process was nice and simple.
All steps as we choose to part finance was explained and in all a very easy process to complete.
The whole team at Tracks Suzuki was warm and welcoming and I honestly can not recommend them enough if you are looking to buy a car!

Great Customer service
My first dealings with Tracks, I was impressed with service I received. All of the staff were friendly and informative. I also liked the fact that I received updates throughout the service and MOT via text email and even a video. Would happily recommend to anyone to use this garage.

Tracks Exeter went above and beyond to fix the front coil spring on my Suzuki Swift.
It snapped on sunday morning Phoned Tracks on Monday
Took car in on Tuesday at 07.30
Car was fixed and returned to me by 09.30 same day.
Absolutely fantastic service honestly can't thank them enough.
