Regrettably I can only reinforce the other one star reviews here. In 2016 I ordered an expensive custom bent metal curtain track which was quoted as 14 days delivery but took something over a month and several calls to determine whether it was actually coming. Recently I was looking to order another track that was nearly identical. I looked at the estimated price and sent an email with exact measurements. The email disappeared into a black hole and I have heard no more. I placed the business with another company closer to hand who charged about 15% less and delivered pretty much on schedule, as well as sending a fitter to check that I had measured correctly. Note that it appears that they don't actually bend the tracks themselves - my alternative suppliers sent the order to a wholesaler - almost certainly the same one judgng by the packing.

If you'd like dealing with incompetent and grumpy staff who has no idea what they are doing, not having the slightest intent of being helpful, giving arrogant answers and blaming you as customer instead of trying to suggest solutions, or simply ignoring emails and not replying, if you'd like your shipment being delayed with absolutely no warning nor estimate on arrival, if you'd like the feeling of anger and resentment of having chose to order from the company, if you'd like to be overcharged for simple and straight forward shipping, if you'd like to overspend for mediocre products, then I'd definitely recommend.

The only reason they are given one star is because there is no option of zero star.

Avoid avoid avoid. Promised delivery 5-14 WORKING days only to be told it will take another 14 - 21 WORKING days on working day 16!!!! No communication on it or update, nothing except me chasing it for 5-6 days in a row to be finally told . I have requested a refund, hope it doesn't take 2 weeks like mentioned below!!

14 working days since cancellation and still have not received the money. the battle continues!!!

The delivery time was very bad - several weeks. The same product was eventually delivered by another company in a couple of days
The person I spoke to when I cancelled my order was extremely unhelpful and it took 2 weeks to process my refund.
I recommend avoiding this company - very unprofessional.
