Item not delivered. Ebay seller never marked item as posted, but provided link to tracking ace when I opened a case against them. Ebay sided with seller & bogus courier, who provided no proof of delivery beyond saying they'd delivered it (which they hadn't). Couldn't contact courier as contact form had error & no phone number available. Tried to use Resolver to fix but they just ignored me on there as well.
Avoid any sellers using this absolute scam company.

Fast delivery of a specialist paint product I couldn't get at B &Q

Its about time I put up a positive review about yodel delivery service there tracking service is ace. I have been getting deliveries from them for two years now and I have not had a problem with them. They have been great delivering my parcels. They are all respectful and friendly. You're all doing a good job 😃👍

The tracking on my package has literally just updated to having been delivered at 2;38pm 7th October. It just updated today that in the early hours of the morning of the 8th October.
The package has not updated itself in days, no package was delivered to my address. I have been in, my family have been in, my dog has been in. No one has rang the doorbell or knocked on the door. No package has been left round the back, or with a neighbour, no note was left, no photo uploaded as proof. When it said 'Package arrived at carrier facility' it did not specify any details. Tracking ace.net must be a giant scam as some people have claimed it to be on line. The package has not been delivered.It went from 4th Oct 'We are expecting it' and nothing else unti early hours of the 8th October when apparently everything updated and not only did it say it was delivered but that 2 delivery attempts had been made.

EDIT: All i said early hours of the morning is still true as they updated it to say it had been delivered the day before. However my package did arrive this morning via Amazon ( I bought from eBay so must of been a drop shipper) . Anyway because my parcel has arrived i will re-adjust my rating from 1* -3* . I can not rate it higher because of all the above reasons i originally gave.
