Total scam & supporting bogus companies conning innocent online shoppers. I reported them to PayPal who are now refusing any transactions for the purchase of goods from anh company with any prior association to this company. Note if you contact them they will direct you to trackerly.net. Trackerly will pretend it has located your parcel with a legitimate courier (in my case FedEX) then try to extract credit card details. Do not provide any information this is fishing & a scammer. I have reported them to FedEX as they are using their logo without permission. The aim is to shut them down and/or take legal action.

I am looking to start a class action law suit against this company. I have contacted the government fraud department and the competition bureau as well

Total scam.. they say your package is delivered and that did not happen total .. and then they want a review.. tap on that and 5 star lol won’t let u review..

Waited 37 days to see an update when I checked yesterday saying delivered?? Can't get hold of anyone either. Usually smarter than this but got caught out by the scamming b*stards clearly. Fuming

this is a scam, ordered from a company in China and watched tracking until 2 days ago when everything disappeared on the web site. tracking number no longer works and am now out money I can't afford to loose. These people should be made to pay for their crimes.

Ordered from what I thought was sports direct not received the goods and found out that its all a scam so £50 lost and can't claim it back thanks to your scamming f@@kers

After placing my clothing order with Abebooko who advertise on Facebook I received confirmation from yfsupport who provided delivery details and a tracking Reference with Track718. They fraudulently claimed to have delivered the goods and subsequently offered to re-order and re-deliver. This process is fraudulent and I have asked my bank to reclaim my payment.

SCAM. Advised package delivered but no delivery received. If you ordered from China and you are advised that Track718.eu is the delivery company, then you are being scammed.

Scam operation! I should have learned that those FB ads are scams — but no! I fell for this — even though the seller APPEARED to be a legit company (large in-line chain store). I watched for my packages but none ever came, even though Track718 said it was delivered. Right!! Scam!!

This people are scammers, I waited for my package 35 days and then they sent an email that it was delivered. I checked the security camera and no one never came that day.
So basically they scammed me. The worst service ever and very bad costumer service. Be careful while using this

Whether Track718 comes with .com, .us, .eu, .net or whatever dot they are same thieves. In my email I saw track718.com and Track718.net.

Wherever you see Track718, whether it is .com, .us, .net or whatever it is a scam.

I made an online purchase from two stores. Both stores sent me a email with an order number for my purchase and a tracking number. The tracking company they use is track718. They sent me messages through my email periodically. After one month, they finally they told me my parcel has been delivered. Even though I gave them my phone number I was never given a call. If you send them a email either it won't be go or it won't be answered. This tracking company is used to support online thievery. They are fake.
The police should arrest them and collect our money for us.

This is well known as a scam operation. Scam companies use it to extend the time period for delivery of goods and fictitious details are shown supposedly tracking a parcel which is never delivered. By the time people realise too much time has gone and if a complaint is made they refer back to this bogus information.

Never received the goods and they told me it was delivered but I requested the signature and no reply! Scammers

This website pretends to offer tracking and delivery that is not true. My parcel never arrived. The French carrier is also incorrect, he is NOT aware of the parcel. A scam!!!

Ce site prétend offrir un suivi et une livraison, ce qui n'est pas vrai. Mon colis n'est jamais arrivé. Le transporteur français est également incorrect, il n'est PAS au courant du colis. Une arnaque ! !!
