Worse than Evri!

Worse than Evri!

Say my parcel has been delivered. It hasnt just send template emails telling me to check safe place and a neighbour.

I have no neighbours for 1/2 a mile.

Their mailbox is full so a reply doesn't get delivered.

PATHETIC.

A DHL operative initially opened my…

A DHL operative initially opened my parcel stole the contents resealed the package and delivered what was left to my youngest son, when there were instructions from DHL to give the item straight to me only.
This item was replaced by the company I bought it from and since then they have been taking it for a drive and not delivering the item and apparently returning it to depot.
I have been waiting all day for this parcel and found out that the driver tried to deliver it, lying scumbag.

Repeatedly fails to deliver

Repeatedly this company fails to deliver parcels. Last month a parcel was supposedly out for delivery to me twice, then I was notified it was delayed. It was returned to sender without any attempt to deliver. Yesterday same thing happened again. Reading the other reviews it appears DHL make a habit of this behaviour. Company's need to stop using them for deliveries.

The nightmare of couriers

The nightmare of couriers. 4 boxes were due to be delivered Thursday 27/11/2025 one arrived, second box arrived on the morning of 4/12/2025 further one arrived afternoon 4/12/2025 do not know when or if the forth box will arrive.

Do not use DHL

Do not use DHL, they're terrible!

They haven't responded to 2 previous emails. This is the 3rd day my urgent parcel has been sat on the back of their van, on it's way back to the depot again because there is, obviously, no way their driver can deliver 150 parcels in one day.

Tracking at 5pm says the driver is "on his way to stop number 70." Not even halfway.

Are they seriously attempting to run a business?Three days straight they've had at least 30 parcels return to the depot, according to tracking. Their site says they "could not gain access to the property". Untrue, I've been in all day, two days straight waiting for them. Professional courier firms leave a card when no one's in. Also, the option to have it delivered to a local drop off shop has disappeared from your website, so I have no options for receiving my parcel.

Absolutely hopeless, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Urgent Delivery Failure & Non-Existent Customer Service

My experience with DHL was a complete service failure for an urgent document shipment last week.
False Delivery Attempt: The courier lied, claiming I was "not home," despite me being present all day. The delivery was never attempted at my door.
Collection System Failure: I redirected the parcel to a Post Office, but DHL failed to send the mandatory collection code. This made it impossible to collect my urgent documents.
Zero Support: I tried to contact customer service via phone, email, and the app, but received zero response on any channel.
DHL failed at every step: delivery honesty, system functionality, and providing customer support.

Would give zero stars if I could paid for next day delivery on Saturday from vapers online Get a message Monday saying my parcel will come Tuesday now it says delayed the company can’t refund or replace until they know where my parcel is no word or communication from DHL absolutely disgusting terrible service

DHL- Britain's most unreliable courier company

DHL were scheduled to deliver two cases of wine from Laithwaites to my apartment last Thursday. Even though I have been at home throughout this period, they have now failed to deliver on four successive working days. On two occasions they blamed road traffic accidents. Once they said they couldn't access my address. And on another they claimed they couldn't contact me, despite having my phone number.

I am not sure if this is total incompetence at their Feltham depot or if they are just making things up to disguise their disgracefully poor service. They have certainly lied to Laithwaites at least once about what is going on.

Cowboys or fraudsters?

Never use this company.

Worst delivery company

Worst delivery company! Pure lies! 1st delivery said it was delayed so rearranged for the next day. Waited in all day to get a notification to say attempted delivery and no one was in even though I was sat there waiting for it to arrive. My cctv proves no one attempted delivery! No note to say delivery attempt was made either.
Now I’ve arranged to collect from the depot tomorrow which is an hour drive to make sure that I get my parcel but I have a bad feeling that there will be a reason why I can’t collect. If this happens the parcel can go back to the seller for a refund it’s not worth the hassle!

Zero stars, not 1 star

Zero stars.
Had a delivery time notification of early evening both by email and the app. During the day no one at home. I get a notification that my delivery has been delivered, received by me and signed for by me. I like to know how when no one at home. They attach a photo of the parcel left outside with the door closed. Tried to get in contact with DHL which is impossible. Online chat said nothing to do with them and ended the chat. Emailed to get a response saying they'll respond in one day. Useless. Parcel outside, driver lied saying I received parcel. I've emailed the CEO of the retailer which uses DHL and recommended they ditch DHL

This is the second bad delivery…

This is the second bad delivery experience I've encountered with DHL .
When one is buying online it's only when the delivery noticification comes through you see who the delivery company is.
First order came so damaged I could see inside the box at the damage to the product.
Presently I'm expecting an order from The Ran
ge - scheduled for 27thFeb but rescheduled for 4th march .Morning of 4thMarch told can't deliver till 5th march.
Still waiting at 4pm in the afternoon for a time line . Shocking service.
2 days waiting around with no contact.

update :- DHL have contacted me to say my order has been damaged whilst rearranging todays delivery and - wait for it ~ for me to get in touch with The Range to tell them .

Missed delivery dates, poor communication

The item should have been delivered over a week ago but instead, they turned up 3 days later with no prior notification, no-one was in but they didn't bother to leave a card to let me know they had called.
Their tracking shows they are coming on the following day but again they don't turn up, they turn up the following day, again with no prior notification and don't leave a card again.
The sender (Dell) ask me for a convenient time for delivery, I told them the following day - once again they don't turn up and now their tracking shows they are coming in 4 days time.
DHL are a complete sham of a company and their incompetence makes EVRI look professional.
In future I will not be ordering from anyone that uses DHL to send out their parcels.

Avoid this company if you can

DHL is the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with. Their tracking app is completely bonkers - contradictory information within the same update, the type of information shown varies each time you go in (parcel delivery times coming and going), and is limited to terse, meaningless (to me), phrases. The customer service team (when I finally worked out how to contact them) seemed helpful, but after the call was over, they did nothing they promised to do. DHL doesn't offer any collection points except the main hub for the area - 20 miles away from me.

Using this courier kills my business

My supplier in Europe sends me parcels by DHL. I receive around 10 per year. They have lost 4 in the past year. They all turned up eventually, but arrived weeks later than they should have. This is stock for my business. I can't sell what I don't have, so not only my business suffers, but my supplier's business also suffers. I have asked them to switch to DPD.

DHL used to be good

DHL used to be good, but now I dread finding out an item is getting delivered by them. They are just as bad as Royal fail. My latest delivery has been sitting in their Runcorn Depot for 4 days and I am only 12 miles away from there.Come on, get your sh** together.

This has got to be the worst courier…

This has got to be the worst courier company on the planet. I have wasted time trying to get some idea when or if my shipment will arrive. Their mobile app is completely useless and still shows the expected delivery date as 17th September. Customer service is non existent, taking you down numerous rabbit holes that lead absolutely nowhere and then push responsibility back to the shipper. Gone are the days when you could actually speak to a customer service agent.

I could have given a 0 star if I could

I could have given a 0 star if I could, we have bought a sofa and 4 chairs and a dinner set from a very well known online shop and they unfortunately are using these scammers as a delivery option.
My order was to be delivered on 11th to our business in Bicester. This is the second time this is happening and the delivery person who works at the Bicester area just does not care! It's been a week, shop can't reach them, we can't reach them, it's unbelievable and unacceptable.
