Quality of the electric gates is high, however the response to issues from the company is very poor. We had our gates fitted in September 2022 and in March 2023 we had an issue with the gates not closing properly, when l contacted Phil one of the directors and explained the issues, l was shocked when his response was to send me a YouTube video to resolve the problems!!
Customer Service, none existent Buyers Beware!!!!!!
The quality of the gate and railings is fantastic. Excellent quality and excellent workmanship. Hopefully once it is all completed it will have been worth the wait !!
