I don’t get why this has a low rate reviews! For me it’s highly recommended. I ordered 3 times in this site already and always end up being happy everytime i received my parcel from them.The owner named Ryann is also accommodated that’s why i’m looking forward for more transactions with him.

No toys forthcoming although ordered in December.Is this company for real.??? Would not recommend to anyone who does not want to lose money and disappoint children.

I chose this site because they gave an option to pay 30 dirhams more for same day (if ordered before 2pm) or next day delivery (if ordered after 2pm), so I paid the extra. Once I paid, I read on the confirmation page that the same day delivery would only happen if purchased before 12pm. Different information are given on different pages of the same website. I messaged immediately trying to cancel but no response up to now.

To make it worse, not only they delivered 3 days later, they have never sent me a receipt, neither an estimated time for delivery and also never replied to my messages. One day, someone simply just showed up asking for payment for an unplanned delivery. And to make this the most absent customer service, they never picked up the phone registered on their website. I didn't even know my purchase went through.

I will never recommend and I will never use this store again.

The best experience! Fast delivery, so much care and attention to details, the toys I ordered were all individually and beautifully wrapped.
Also a little thank you note attached to the delivery was a very sweet surprise.
Couldn’t recommend more.

This was my first order from toyzees. The price for the product was the most reasonable from all online stores. The items arrived very quickly and very neatly packed with a cute hand written note thanking me for the purchase. I would definitely order from this store again.

I was looking for an educational toy for my soon to be 5 years old boy and came across this amazing site. I must say, they do have really good stuffs and was able to find what I wanted for my son. The delivery was swift (others usually takes 2-3 days, but I receive the package the very next day) and to top it all, there was a special note from the owners which was much appreciated.

Very good price, fast delivery and a special attention with a kind word from the owner of the shop! I prefer to support these bussinesses than buying through the giant Amazon.
