We ordered 6 aphmau plushies. We received 36 sharpies.

I do not think this is an easy mistake to make... especially considering the amount of sharpies is the value of what we spent. While hilarious to receive such a ridiculous package, it is deeply upsetting as these were a gift for our kids.

Everything good. It's exactly what I was searching. It fits in between the middle back row of my Tesla model 3 2019.

I would also give 0 stars if I could. They shipped the incorrect product then as we were (I was in hospital) we were outside of the 30 day return period so they would not give us our money back. I reached out to customer service and they would do nothing. Terrible to be disappointing children. Order with caution. I wish I knew when ordering.

We received a Teddy that was not like the picture. I contacted Toyscentral and they were more than helpful. Dealing mainly with Kara and then Vera. We got a full refund and still got to keep the teddy. Customer care is amazing. Highly recommend +++

This product seems to be sold out almost everywhere.
It took almost 2 months to get here which suggests that ToysCentral went to some lengths to secure one.
Communication could have been a bit more proactive but in the end it got here.

I would give 0 stars if i could looks nothing like the picture i am very mad and they are trying to keep my money very very angry and displeased never order very bad people and its really hard to get a refund!

The correspondence regarding my order shipment was top notch. They answered very quickly to my queries and the item was delivered right on time.

Unfortunately the tracking on my order from the delivery company was not updated. I thought the parcel was not going to arrive as it was so late. Toy central were very good at communicating, and sorting out a replacement. However my order did arrive in the end.

I would have given zero stars but it wasn't an option. I ordered from an "Irish" website. Nowhere on it did it state the item was coming from a different country. I have been waiting a month now and keep receiving notifications that my item is out for delivery and then another saying the delivery date has changed. I ordered a present for my sons birthday which has long since passed. An absolute farce of a company with only an online chat to contact which doesn't respond to queries for a very long time. I will NEVER order from here again and am opening a dispute with my bank. AVOID!!!!!!!

Over priced and never get items or your money back.
They call you also continuously.
