Always great service and quick shipping !

When I first heard of this company I was a little skeptical about another hot toys seller since I was so badly burned from Toys wonderland. I know many people try to compare the two companies but
TOYS ASSEMBLE is 100% legit and has nothing to do with the other company.
I've had fantastic customer service, the communication is always on point and the rapid shipping time to Canada is fantastic. I personally cannot say enough good things about this company and I am definitely happy to be continuing business with them as I have purchased more than seven figures so far.

I am a very cautious buyer when buying from overseas, especially with sellers that I am not familiar with but from now and then I like to try new stores especially if the prices are very tempting.

I have been very impressed by the service provided by Toys Assemble, and they have now become my new go to.

I ordered the Hot Toys Dark Knight Returns figure on Friday Evening UK time, and it was dispatched the following morning with an estimated delivery date of Monday morning. I expected this to be changed to a few days later than this, but like magic it arrived by mid day Monday. Three day delivery, over a weekend too! Now dont get me wrong. The delivery price is expensive, but the price of the item itself is reasonable enough that it balances back out to cheaper than alternatives on ebay and the likes, and other sellers dont even take responsibility for import fees or tariffs. While i am not sure exactly how it works, i had a hassle free experience that i was more than satisfied with.

I was so satisfied that I have already ordered another item from Toys Assembled on Sunday Evening, and had confirmation today that has also been dispatched on Monday afternoon, and is expected Wednesday morning!

Fantastic Store, and very pleasant service with full tracking and photos sent of the item and delivery information. Will be buying from Toys Assemble again!

I bought 40th Anniversary Boba fett from this company and was absolutely amazed how quick the delivery was. 3 days after purchasing it was at my door in the UK. Fantastic service.

A bit of confusion in when item would be received; however, once it arrived everything was great.

I ordered it on Tuesday and it already arrived on Thursday, so the shipping was really fast.

The package was packed very well and everything arrived safely — nothing was damaged. The price was also very good.

Toys assemble is amazing the prices and the shipping to the u.s is incredible I get my order 3 days after I purchase Ive made 4 purchases so far and had every one of them with in 3 days. No Im getting my figures with in days of release not 4 to 6 months later. Ill continue to purchase from toys assemble in the future.

These guys are awesome! I had never heard of them before my first purchase. They were one of the few that still had the Hot Toys James Bond Commando Outfit available. Within 6 days I had my figure on my hands! The care they took in packaging the figure, and how promptly they dispatched the order (they didn't even take 24 hours!).
