Ordered a toy for my son on Cazaar.co.uk fulfilled by Toy Galaxy. They sent the wrong item. I returned it and after several emails I have not had a refund. I provided proof of the return from the courier. Every email I'm fobbed off with "we value your custom very highly...we are looking into this urgently" etc. then still no refund. I've given up. Bunch of crooks, I will not buy from them again.

In Toy Galaxy Barnet, some of the male employees are rude and discriminating based on gender hate to women who more vulnerable.

I went into Toy Galaxy in Galleria Hatfield on Monday 28th November, My friend said let's leave because she didn't like how the assistant was watching us. The assistant stepped to us with her hand cupping her ear and started shouting that it was her job to stand on the shop floor. My friend left the store with her two young children immediately. I was saying to the assistant that jet behaviour wasn't right abd she couldn't scream at customers this way, she continues to shout I was telling her the customer is always right.
She continues so I took at my phone and she assumed I took a picture so the arguement was about me taking the photo ( I hadn't taken if I had I'm within my rights) she continues to scream telling me to delete the photo.As she became more aggressive I decided to take my phone and really record, as soon as I pressed the button, she pounced on me and wrestled the phone out of my hand knocking over the pushchair, She ran into the corner of the store with her hand behind her back with my phone. I tried to retrieve my phone she then dashed it on the floor breaking the screen.

I recorded a whole 5 minutes of this woman, ranting, pointing and screaming in my face with her trying to snatch my phone.

I sent an email to Toy Galaxy Monday Evening when I got home. To date they have not contacted me in regards to this incident

Toy Galaxy know about my complaint, the shopping centre has assured me they do know and they will be in touch, to hey have not up until now.

I put up 90 seconds of this woman's behaviour and tagged in Toy Galaxy, 3 of my posts went onto their wall, they have been deleted.

They clearly think they can ignore this situation. I will not go away and I will be bringing legal action for assault and racial discrimination.

Two other people have commented on my Facebook page explaining theory experience too so it's not the first time this woman has been rude to customers, another on Tik Tok too.

Your worker can not assault customers and steal their property and you think you can ignore this and not investigate, we will see. She troubled the wrong person!
