Extremely helpful and friendly. This gentleman goes above and beyond. He took time to try and help me locate my parcel as well as being extremely patient in the fact I can speak no Spanish.
I ordered two funko pops on March 8th, 2023. I never received them. This company is a total scam. The company takes the money when you place your order and then they never mail your order. They responded to one email but after trying many times to reach back out to them, I finally cut my losses. Be warned!!
Used to be a good store.
Sadly over time they become more and more untrustworthy and Pre-Ordering became a big hassle, some items coming over a year later after the actual release date.
p.s. I think the website (or company) is dead, haven't been able to contact their website for months now.

I pre-ordered some funko pops through them that didn't arrive for over 6 months past their release date, not only that but half of the items were missing. No refund, no semblance of an answer as to why they were not there. In fact, every single email I sent was ignored. Your better off getting things from literally anywhere else.
Pre ordered a bag Jan 2023 after months and months of the bag never coming back into stock I decided to cancel the order in Jan 2024. Received an email saying that it was canceled but the refund hadn’t been issued yet. I ask on Jan 19th 2024 when I could expect the refund? No response l. Emailed yesterday 4/9/2024 asking again. No response. I’m pissed. However I will not let this go.
We returned a replica sword, but never received a refund. When trying to contact the seller the phone remains unanswered. Don't order here!
