Received New electric tug vehicle training, trainer was very knowledgeable and thorough with his teachings, also very patient with each trainee, explaining what went wrong and why before giving another try. Left course feeling calm and confident in use of new tugs. NHS Derbyshire Trust

Massive thanks to Eddie for the excellent one-to-one tuition. Eddie gave me lots of tips with regards to safe loading and hitching of the caravan. Lots of experience on different roads, taking corners, safe positioning at roundabouts etc. Eddie showed patience during the reversing sessions whilst I got to grips with the basics. I would definitely recommend Towing Solutions.

We have purchased our first caravan, prior to its collection I attended the Towing Solutions Caravan towing course.
Eddie my instructor took me through the safe process of coupling up a car and caravan, driving on assorted roads negociating various junctions safely.
We then spent time going through reversing round corners, into parking spots. Eddie was great, his instruction was clear and relaxed, he really knew his stuff inside out, he gave me loads of tips and advice. It is my opinion that such a course should be a must for drivers new to towing. I came away feeling capable to pick up my new caravan and drive safely and competently. I would without hesitation recommend Towing Solutions.

I had no towing experience so contacted Towing Solutions to arrange a 4 hour course. Eddie was really knowledgable and gave me a lot of tips for towing but also caravanning in general, felt comfortable from the off and now feel confident I now have the basics right.

If there was anything to improve, it would be to offer a certificate of completion at the end.

***UPDATE*** - Did receive a certificate a couple of days later

Staff enjoyed the course.
Trainer very helpful and gave good instructions and solutions.
All staff felt comfortable after the training and using a trailer safely.

The instructor was fantastic and I would certainly award him 5 stars or more if I could. The customer service is unfortunately not up to standard. My number plate was taken off me and fixed to the caravan. It wasn’t given back to me at the end which is obviously a simple oversight by them. I would have thought that as I paid in excess of £300 for the course, Towing Solutions could have afforded the £4 postage to send it back to me. Evidently not.

After speaking to our four delegates that attended the one day trailer course, everyone was really happy with the course content. Trainer was excellent and very knowledgeable. All staff I have been in contact with have been super helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to book in future.

An EXCELLENT 2 Day Trailer Servicing and Maintenance Course which was extremely beneficial. The tutor was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional and talked us through every aspect of trailer servicing and maintenance. We came away much more confident and even better equipped going forwards with our new trailer business!

My members of staff came away saying they were filled with lots of information but it was really enjoyable.

My wife booked me on the course after we decided to take my mother in laws caravan on because it had been sited up until this point. I've towed small trailers and bowsers with work in the past but did not feel comfortable towing a large caravan. This course has given me the knowledge and confidence to tow and reverse the caravan along with lots of information that I did not know so it was well worth the cost of taking the course. I took the 1 on 1 tuition course and really enjoyed the experience. Paul the instructor was a wealth of knowledge and gave me lots of useful tips and information as well as the confidence to tow. Thank you.

We recently had two of our new engineers carry out a trailer maintenance training course with Towing Solutions, feedback from my engineers was it was very professional, full of great information, well set up and good spectrum of course subject delivered by a great team :)

The experience was highly satisfactory. The staff demonstrated extensive knowledge and a friendly demeanor. They provided clear and concise explanations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.

I've been towing a small(ish - 8ft) light trailer for years...
I've always avoided any reversing requirements like the plague as I was sure I'd make a mess of things !
I decided to ask for a course for my 63rd birthday from the Mrs... And she obliged.
Fantastic !
Paul was very patient with me, starting with reversing an 8ft trailer backwards in straight lines...
We moved onto corners in either direction before progressing to narrower parking spaces at 90 degrees to the trailer. The final 'S' shaped track into parking space is something I would have probably never attempted !
I feel far more confident now that I least have the basics in place to practice reversing next time I get the trailer out.

Amazing training provided, facilities are fantastic and the training staff very knowledgable in the field.

We hadn’t had any towing experience and as we are taking delivery of our new caravan in a few weeks decided to have some expert training would be the sensible choice. We were very fortunate to have a great trainer in Paul W, a very patient, informative and thorough six hours followed in all aspects of caravan management and road sense.
Both Kate and I have gained valuable confidence and are looking forward to implementing the methods and techniques Paul showed us.
We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending doing this course.

What can I say this course was absolutely Brillant , the course leader Paul was super informative I learnt things on the course which are invaluable, Tacho information , nose weight , how to reverse easily , and how to tow the correct way , I can’t express how grateful am for his help on that day. The guys who set up were also brilliant. 10/10. 5* if your thinking of doing a course do this one! Thanks again Aaron wood
