The staff at the Austin location was polite, informative, patient at explaining things to me and very considerate when in regards to my time.
The staff at the Round Rock location was informative and straight-forward about the process, which I appreciate. I was initially confused and once I spoke to the manager over the phone, she laid it out step by step. She called me just like she said she would once she received an answer/update so I wouldn't waste my time, which was very considerate. The approval process was faster than I thought it would be, and the closing (in-person) was easy-breezy.
