Deceptive trade practices, beware! 
Deceptive trade practices! We bought a new mattress and apparently the financing was through this company. After we bought the mattress the account information we were sent was made to look like all the other trash advertisements that we receive every week.
We had no calls, no text messages, and we were the ones who had to call the mattress company to find out what was going on with our loan why haven't we heard about anything. Of course by the time we figured it out, we were in default of the loan, our 0% interest was no longer applicable, and they are charging us an outrageous 18% interest!
I spoke with the manager and explained the situation but it became obvious that this is a common practice of theirs to Swindell their customers.
