Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service when the bar I ordered was unavailable and there suppliers had no idea when the would be delivering again they went above and beyond to find me the shape type of towbar. Excellent communication and very fast delivery even with having to find a different bar for me it only took 2days longer than original order it would have been quicker but due to work I had to wait till the end of the day to respond to emails to confirm replacement bar was ok

Quick delivery. Speedy responses to my questions. Very good service. I fitted towbar and dedicated electrics to a 2015 BMW X5. Worked first time, auto cancels parking sensors, bulb failure warning also works. Will use again.

Problematic tow bar wiring.
I ordered a vehicle specific tow bar wiring kit, only to find it was actually out of stock and discontinued and no substitute was available. The good news was that I received a refund within 48 hours. However, I managed to find one at another supplier.

Never heard of these but glad I have now!
Had never hear of these so I was a little nervy. Amazon had let me down on a Thule bike carrier and these had it in stock. The price on here was better, communication was good, the delivery was tracked, fast and the product seems great! No complaints at all with the Towbar & Trailer Centre :-)
