Alex at Tour With Ease provides top notch service. I arranged luggage storage with him via email from USA. Communication was prompt and professional, and everything was super easy to organize. He met us at OR Tambo to collect our luggage and again on our return. He was prompt, and payment was easy via credit card. Service was amazing, and I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future. Really can't say enough about this business!

We were travelling around South Africa on our Tour. The last leg was from Johannesburg to Victoria Falls, Airlink hopper. We did not want to take all the larger suitcases with us for the few days trip. Alex Modiano and Racquel were first class. All communication (email and telephone comms.) worked like clockwork. They collected our luggage from our hotel in Pretoria and delivered it back efficiently and on time to the Flight area for our return, as agreed. The Company’s service was first class, and insured. We needed to store a bag for a week while on holidays in South Africa. Alex was very responsive when we emailed prior to flying over from Australia. He met us at our hotel as planned (he was early actually) to pick up the bag. We used WhatsApp to communicate which made things easy. Our flight home a week later was delayed by a few hours and despite us being unable to contact him, Alex waited at the airport for us to arrive. As we were running late for a connecting flight, he went out of his way to help us get to our check-in desk so we didn't miss our flight. Could not recommend Alex, Racquel and Tour With Ease more highly. Thank you Alex!

Excellent customer service !! Alex was extremely responsive as I booked the service via email from the USA. Alex and Racquel met us at OR Thambo and stored our luggage while we took a side trip. They then delivered the luggage to a hotel in Krugersdorp and picked it up a week later, and stored the luggage again as we went on another side trip. We changed arrangements due to last minute travel changes and they were very responsive and amenable in accommodating us. They were very punctual and met us at our departure check-in counter 20 minutes ahead of the agreed time which was amazing. I would definitely use them again!!

This company was responsive to our inquiries before our trip and delivered exactly what we needed when we arrived. Met us at our hotel to take our suitcases so that we could carry only soft-sided duffels for small plane safari travel, and then met us upon return at the airport with our suitcases so we could repack and make our international flight. Even walked us to our airline ticket counter. Seamless, courteous service, reasonably priced. I would use again!

Wow what an experience, we used tour with ease to see johannesburg and soweto.
Our guide Brendon was informative and funny, nothing was too much trouble.
I will now recommend to all my customers doing a safari to stop a night in joburg and book a tour.
Just as a point we would have missed the connecting flight to HDS if we was flying straight through, which all tour operators recommend.

Very friendly people, perfectly in time to take and give back my baggages in OR Tambo airport. They even wait for me when my fligth was deleyed very late and helped me to contact my rental car company. Very good communication too, before and during my hollidays in SA. I was really confident to let them all my precious items.

What a great service! Needed to transport luggage ahead of us to Cape Town while we went on Safari and the whole team at Tour with Ease couldn't have made it easier. Picked up right from our hotel lobby and met us in Cape Town with the bags. Communication along the whole process. Would definitely use again.

Needed to store some luggage when travelling on safari due to the weight restrictions and left two bags with Alex and Racque for four days. Seemed much safer based on the reviews that I had read than leaving in the O.R.Tambo luggage storage facility. Everything was excellent - communication, price, collection and return of luggage. Would recommend these guys unreservedly.

I was initially sceptical using this service, I wasn’t sure if it was legitimate or not. Turns out it is and truly amazing! Alex was there to collect my luggage from the airport hotel ( holding a sign with my name) and when a returned a week later, he was there once again right on time.
The service was excellent, they are very punctual, communication was great, my luggage was very safe. I will certainly be using this service again and recommending it to friends. I wish the same service was offered in all airports.

Like others before me, I needed to leave some very expensive gear in Johannesburg while I traveled elsewhere in Africa and was very nervous about other options, which are few and where my gear was left in the hands of paid staff without a personal stake in my satisfaction. I read some reviews of gear stored at the airport in unguarded and open rooms with staff missing, and I was in a real bind about how to handle the gear I needed for the second part of my trip, but which was excess to what I had room for on the first part of my trip.

TourWithEase was perfect. Run by the owners, who also picked up and dropped off my baggage according to my departure and arrival schedule, my gear was stored off-site and did not involve any hired help or third parties. Alex and Racquel do everything themselves and took personal responsibility for my gear from pick up to drop off. I was not only very reassured when I dropped off my gear, I was able to enjoy my travels without worrying about the expensive gear I had left behind in Johannesburg. I am VERY grateful for this option and definitely recommend them.

I used this service during my first trip to South Africa in July 2022 and I was a bit nervous since I was leaving my VERY EXPENSIVE skydiving and BASE rigs. Everything went perfect. So perfect, I even added another bag last minute and the owners were very flexible, prompt, and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will be using them again this July for my repeat trip.

Alex and Racquel were amazing. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We were arriving in Johannesburg to go to safari in South Africa, before a few days later heading on to Mauritius for the second part of our honeymoon.

We contacted Alex and Racquel as we wanted to safely store x2 suitcases for our onwards trip that we didn't want/couldn't take on safari/smaller planes.

They were quick to respond, with details that really helped put our mind at ease for what to do on arrival. They met us with a sign with our names, and a smile and were so welcoming. Took our suitcases, and then on our return to the airport a few days later, were there again at our check in area for our next flight, suitcases perfectly in tact and secure and ready to head on our next adventure.

Lovely people, great service and communication

Brilliant company. I was pretty nervous about leaving our bags and I’d read mixed reviews of other companies online. But every review I saw (both here and on travel forums) said how amazing Tour with Ease are, I was so happy I chose them.

The communication from Alex was very quick and informative. Racquel was waiting for us when we landed, was kind enough to walk us to where we needed to go for our connecting flight.

When we flew back into JNB, Racquel was again waiting for us as we landed with our bags, in perfect condition. Again she walked us to where we needed to go to find the hotel transport.

Racquel was so helpful and bonus that she is an extremely nice person and was very fun to chat to. Would highly recommend this company.

Racquet met me at the hotel at the agreed time, and also kept in touch when I had to make last minute changes due to flight cancellations.
She was very friendly and helpful. I felt my luggage was kept safe whilst I went for onward travel for another week.

On return to the airport Raquel met me at my gate and as I had to transfer quickly, helped escort me to the next gate. Card was accepted and everything was done with ease. Exactly the service I needed. It was also nice to have someone along with me for the luggage transfer in jburg as it kept away the pesky porters who try to get tips out of you!

Tour with ease kept 2 of our bags for 2 weeks while we were traveling south africa in a small car that could not fit everything. They met us at the airport, were very nice and welcoming and were even willing to help us make our way to our check in counters.
The bags were returned exactly like we left them, and payment was asked only when we retrieved the bags and not when we left them.
Overall it was a good experience and we were very happy we found this company to take care of our excess luggage.

Alex is the best! The service is smooth and worked well for our trip. Alex meets you at the airport to collect your bag and then returns upon your arrival back to OR Tambo for departing. We used his service for storage for 12 days. Price is reasonable and he takes Visa/MC.

First off I am so glad I found Tour with Ease for our recent trip to Southern Africa. Alex and Racquel were a pleasure to work with and were right there to greet us upon arrival at OR Tambo where we dropped off our extra baggage. Upon our return from Zimbabwe they met us again right on time and bag in tow. This service is a true life savor for anyone who needs to store some extra large baggage while going through Johannesburg. The are a true pleasure to work with and the coordination for our drop off and pick up could not have been any easier.

Very legit company. Hired them to hold my big bags for 8 days, while I was traveling in remote areas of South Africa. They met me at my hotel, collected bags and then met me at domestic pick up when I arrived back. If you’re traveling a lot and have excess luggage OR going on a safari, where often there are baggage limits due to small airplanes taking you to remote areas, this is your company for baggage storage. Very professional!

Great service - very responsive and we’re waiting for us on arrival at the airport and at the hotel in our return, even though we were a bit later than planned. Payment made on pick up and can be done by card - would definitely recommend!
