We are happy with the Rockies…

We are very satisfied with the Rockies tour. We covered a lot of beautiful places during the 4 days. However, we have some problems with the bus seats in front of us as they cannot be adjusted in a straight position. Therefore, we were cramped in to a tighter space. As we have to depart early at 5:30am one day, our ' to go' breakfast was rice noodle with apples and juices. It would have been better if a simple sandwich or sweet rolls were provided as the rice noodle became cold later. Other than these 2 items, the bus tour was great.

Well designed and comfortable bus ride

Well designed and comfortable bus ride. Good breakfast and hotels. Tour guide from Barcelona was very good (Wang) We managed to get a feel of the country which was very good.
Not easy for elderly people.
One hotel was not good (BS) in Seville and unfortunately we were put with a Chinese speaking tour which made communication challenging. Very fast paced which omitted several key places to visit.

Excellent tour visiting multiple sites on the West Coast

We visited a good number of sites overall, although they were not always distributed evenly. The tour guide, Antony Wen, was knowledgeable and helpful during the entire tour. The driver was excellent getting us to all the sites on time with long hours of driving each day. The hotel accommodations were good but we had no hot water at the Red Lion Inn on the first night.

Would be better to have a separate tour…

Would be better to have a separate tour for english and non english speakers. We noticed that this add time to the tour group just to wait for the two versions to be finished.

Suggest to provide even a bottle of water to drink for guests since it was a very long trip.

Overall is good

Overall is good. We enjoyed the Niagara falls, Watkin Glen and Finger Lakes. They were awesome. For day 1 at DC was less interesting for us since we have been there before. The downside is the punctuality. We kept waiting for late participants. The most annoying part was the arrival time at the drop off spot on the last day. I asked before I booked this trip, and was told that the arrival time was around 7-8pm, therefore I booked train tickets to my home city around 9pm. On the first day, I confirmed again with the tour guide, and was told the same time 7-8 pm. Suddenly, on the last day, on our way back, the tour guide announced that we would arrive at around 10pm. I had a little argument with the tour guide because of this, and I had to reschedule everything. The nice trip turned to a headache at the last moment. I hope the estimated time can be more accurate.

They need to stop charging for free…

They need to stop charging for free attractions as mandatory. Also $15 per person per day service fee is exorbitant and unnecessary. Felt cheated.

Nice experience for first timer!!

Overall tour was good experience. I would not have covered those many places in the short span of 3 days.
This is our first vacation trip to East Coast. We left with plenty of good memories.

We had some trouble with food options, otherwise it is pretty nice tour.

Great tour guide and experience - despite hidden costs

What was great:
Excellent tour guide who provided great information and ensured everyone had a good time
The tour was well structured, and we got to see a lot of Washington DC without being overwhelmed
For the hotel and bus tour, tour was well priced

What could be better:
Some of the extra costs for activities and staff fees were high, and it would be better if these costs were embedded in the tour costs upfront.

Good

The tourist guide, Chris, is one of the best guide that I have never met. The content is tight and excited without any mistake. Mr is very professional and capable to deal with all aspects.

Booked for my parents

I was so busy this year. My friend recommended this site. I booked a tour of Iceland for my parents and they had an amazing time. They said the bus was so comfortable, which is important there! They felt well taken care of.

A Comprehensive but Hectic tour

The tour was run by very experienced guides. There were no hitches. We went to the right places and stayed there for the right length of time. We had good bathroom breaks. We were well guided by TOM, the tour guide who could speak English and Chinese. The food choice was fabulous. However, this tour is a very hectic tour. We had very little downtime and very little time to sleep. We were expected to sleep on the bus. Waking up at 3 o’clock in the morning for a hectic day is unacceptable. Not suitable for seniors.

Good pricing

We did the Paris tour and I swear we saved so much money compared to what we would have paid for hotels, transportation and tickets separately. It's a great value for the price

I had fun and learned a lot about the places we visited. Jack and Dan were great and patient catering to the passengers needs. Might have a little hiccup along the way but I believe it is due to cultural differences and not understanding how to impart the narrative that languages are conveyed not in one word only. Food was better towards the end and Quality Inn was comfortable. Arriving safe in every destination was the icing in the cake! Thanks!
