Pedro was a great tour guide. He had a wealth of knowledge about Brugge as well as Holland. The bus left on time, however, we were delayed by 10 mins while coming back as a few passengers got to the bus late while leaving Brugge. Brugge is a beautiful city, I would definitely recommend the "Tours & Tickets" tour to Brugge.

This company is willing to leave employees and clients stranded anywhere to meet schedule and have 2 tours per day.
The guides Macarena and colleague are nice, but act like border guards of the Berlin wall. Under strict and inflexible orders.
If you are not on time at the bus, you are left in the middle of nowhere. They use no flutes or visible uniforms for you to be alert. The have a little white flag on a pole the size of a selfie stick to tell you where they are. There is no sound warning, a "hello we are leaving". They Just go and you have to save yourself.
Do not leave things in the bus, if you cant make it back. Your bad luck.
Our jacket and personal items were returned once we made it with some new employees! to reach back the office.

I took the tour on 12/7/22. I arrived at about 8.17am, to be swiftly yellow banded by Brendan. I was in a panic that i'd completely made an error with the timing! The tour was scheduled to leave at 8.45am but we seemed to leave sharp. We were separated into yellow (paid for it all) and purple (hadn't paid for the clog or boat trip). I think there were too many people on this tour. There was a double decker coach almost full. I didn't realise that an American cruise ship had docked and this was their trip trip.
I was alone and Alex did ask me that and said he'd watch out for me in case I was left behind, which was thoughtful.
I was happy to see the peanut mill working but it's hard to see well with so many people. I'd like more time to explore Zaanse Schans really but we had to go to Marken to see the clog maker, so we didn't get too long, as there are a lot of people to move about! We didn't explore the village, as we were to catch the boat but some people seemed to manage to take longer to catch the boat.
The boat trip was enjoyable as it was really sunny.
In Volkendam we visited a cheese "factory" but it was really a demo and not a factory. It was interesting enough and we were able to sample cheeses.
We were taken to a lunch restaurant but I'd brought my own, so I explored the shops, which are rather touristy on the front. I did go around the back and saw more "normal" shops.
Finally we had a short stroopwafel demo, which was interesting enough, then a quick march back to the bus.
I did this trip 10 years ago when there were fewer people booked, so I didn't feel herded as I did yesterday. I appreciate that the guides have a lot of people to monitor but I would be afraid to be left behind, as nobody counted you back.

Booked my Floriade tour x 2 for 07/07 on 25/05 and paid £118. On 01/07 (just 6 days before my tour) an email came through to say my tour was cancelled and refunds would take up to 14 to 24 business days to reach my account. Can't help feeling this company deliberately overbooked their tours and took the money from their customers to increase their cash flow (they took my £118 on 25/05 and won't refund me until the end of July, a good two months of free money for them). Unfortunately Tours & Tickets are everywhere in The Netherlands so very difficult to avoid!

I had a lovely time. Sarah, Tim and Nico were excellent hosts. The traditional windmill was amazing as was the cheese factory and waffle making demonstration. It was great seeing the countryside and great value for money too thanks again

A very good day trip, very informative but a lot of walking for my 71 year old feet.

At this time I can talk about the purchasing of tickets process; it was friendly and efficient. Well done. Tomorrow we will take the tour

Had issues with processing payment...could of been the wifi....other than than...easy to purchase....I enjoyed my tours and affordable

We booked our trip online with no issues and found the meeting location easily. Great trip with a knowledgeable guide. Loved seeing the windmills and wooden shoe demonstration. Very nice to see the country side. Great value with lots to see. Comfortable bus with earbuds to listen in your own language. Cheese factory was delicious...

Trip site seeing places are good but the tour guide was horrible ( Guide name : Matthias, who speaks Spanish and English) . His jokes are worst and always talks in non-sink to situation and sometimes he is very rude with tourists.

Apart from that Tours and Tickets office staff are nice and they are polite while receiving us in Central office.

It was a nice tour. The captain is really fun ;)

We are very sad and disappointed, because the tour guide doesn't work. After 20 minutes we complain at the captain and than he tried to repair for a long time. After that only "english" was avalible for short moments. A lot of breaks. German works not!!! We had no time to repeat the journey because we have only a few hours in Amsterdam. Never again.

Information about the tour was explained in details on the website. Process of purchasing the tickets was simple and easy. Email, ticket vouchers and direction to meeting place including a map were received immediately.

The audio in the bus didnt work so I had no idea what the history was or what i was looking at the whole time
