Lots of miscommunication

Lots of communication but some wasn't helpful as it was for trips that excluded my teenagers. Quite a lot of misunderstandings so i had to repeat myself, but got there in the end

Everyone at Tourhub I've communicated…

Everyone at Tourhub I've communicated with, has been very polite and responded promptly and clearly to my inquiries. I completed booking a trip for three of us and my experience with them was very smooth. I highly recommend them.

I do not like the fact I can’t talk to…

I do not like the fact I can’t talk to a human about my questions. My emails are answered,but not directly to the questions asked. I gave deposit on the 28 th and told balance was due on Feb 8 th. Two days later I was told that I had to pay in full by end of that day. It was very inconvenient to access that kind of money in just hours when I wasn’t planning for that.
