i placed my order on 14th of April and paid via credit card, until today (2nd May) i have not received the goods. The shipment is listed as 'dispatched' but no further information. I sent several emails, an enquiry online and a Facebook message asking for status of my order and have not received any reply by now

Staff were extremely accommodating. I was in a rush to recieve the lead. I send them a email and they had it made and shipped straight away. I would highly recommend and will use them again.

Ordered not realizing the easter bank holiday was coming up. Reached out to tough leads and asked if they could expedite the order Adrian responded and advised they'd get this dispatched the following day - Item arrived two days after order. Outstanding service and the quality of the item is fantastic.

Ordered my campsite polarity reversal adaptor on Monday. I needed it in a hurry. Adrian replied very quickly that same day and informed me it was on its way. Product arrived next day. Excellent service and product quality. Highly recommend Tough Leads. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Tough Leads, ordered a 10m lead Sunday night, asked them if it was possible to get the lead to me ASAP as I was in a bit of a pickle.
Extension lead arrived Tuesday.

This is the second extension lead for EV charging that I have ordered and both are great quality. Also ordered granny charger which is robust and well specified. Delivery was quick less than a week of ordering they were here.

I ordered the EV charging extension cable 10m. When it arrived (nice and fast) I saw that it included screw caps for wall mounting. I asked if it could be wall mounted and was told yes and the cable was weather resistant. So it could be installed and left out all year round. So I have. That was something I wasn't expecting - a bonus! It is all installed now and working fine and I highly recommend this product and the supplier. 10/10

Purchased a 25m hook up cable and French camping adapter and the quality is first class.

Granny Charger extension arrived today, excellent quality. I'd contemplated using other sites but Tough Leads seems to be the only one that is recommended on just about every forum I visited. Speedy delivery and a high quality product. Works perfectly.

I ordered an extension lead to charge our new PHEV car. I saw a YouTube video review on these and ordered one. Absolutely great service came within 3 days (2 days early) very well made with top components even a fitted RCD plug, I tested the extension yesterday and it's great so much better than using an ordinary reel extension. A very good product and very quick service.
