Good choice of application methods and comprehensive instructions. They contacted me to check colour code as mine was for a classic car, and dispatched the next day. Several applicator brushes sent with paint which helps.

I ordered 3 pens a primer a paint and a clear coat however the paint pen did not work i sent a email and received 2 paint pens just days after sending my email absolutely brilliant customer service no questions just replaced

The paint is amazing quality im a amatuer sprayer doing my own alloy repairs, ive used their primer and paint to clear coats.the rattle tins comes with great nozzles and never lets me down. Ive had some great finish jobs from it. They are quick to post and any quibble you have they respond fast to emails. Colour matches are spot on. I wont go anywhere else

I brought a spray can the process was easy they find your colour off your registration number easy as that.great service. It's the second time I have used this company. Cannot praise them high enough.

Very easy to find out my colour, had a few options to choose from but I opted for the all in one paint pen as it was a small touch up, fast delivery and very easy to use and instructions were very clear. The paint pain did a great job at touching up the mark, would recommend highly.

The paint product i ordered was an exact match and has filled my stone chips and made them completely noticeable. Very satisfied with the product and outcome.

The applicator is terrible to use when trying to fill in small stone chips. As the applicator is so large when using on small chips it leaves a large blob type effect around the chip which I will now have to polish out.
Overall not a very good experience.

Quick shipping, good colour match. Not absolutely perfect as metallic paint is extremely difficult to do that, but very close to it. Reasonably priced, could be cheaper but overall fair for the good quality of product.
The pen is certainly easier to apply with rather than a brush.

I've now bought 5 touch up pens from Touch Up factory.
Manufacturer ones NEVER match. In the past, I've had to go to a bodyshop paint supplier that blend up a match. These pens match exactly. These are the only ones I'd use now.
