Found an issue in my account and called. Spoke to a Dominique, who was very attentive and listened to the issue before responding. Did some research on her side and found the resolution right away. Also gave me information on how to avoid the issue in the future. Kudos for going above and beyond.

Dominique was EXCELLENT! She truly defines what customer service should be. In todays world it is hit or miss but with her, it's a HIT! PLEASE model her customer service skills for the rest of your company! SHE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The team was exceptionally helpful and walked us through the pricing and process of what we would be getting from the start.

Matt sent us timely updates on implementation and shipping and once we received the unit, helped answer any questions.

The kiosk is already a hit with our customers and we are looking at purchasing a second unit for another location.

To be honest, they are very helpful, but this could have been resolved when i called the week before to see if everything was ready to go!! For them to tell me on the day, it is not and they dont know what happened??

Dominique was very helpful to me in learning to utilize the Clover to its full potential and in terms that were easily understandable.

Robin was so helpful and got the answers I needed very quickly. She had such a positive attitude and was a delight to speak with.
