Finding company’s online that are as good as this one is hard to find.
Keith was very easy to communicate with from the start and very helpful.
I came across Touchstone AV through google and was offered to see a demonstration of the projector I was purchasing but declined as I live near Birmingham and it was too far for me to travel.

Keith answered many questions and gave excellent advice. Items delivered next day.

There was a manufacturing issue with one of the products I bought that was not Touchstone AV’s fault at all. Spoke to Keith when I found this issue and next day item was collected and new one sent without any issues. Excellent customer service!!

These guys were excellent. I was shopping for a 4k projector and was after 2 specific models. In such short notice (same day) they arranged for me a see an actual demo and then once I purchased sent this next day. They offered me the cheapest price on market too.

Very helpful and knowledgable. Although the item was a special order, they kept me informed at each step of the process until the item was received.

I first came across Touchstone AV in the late Spring of 2017, I had decided to invest and upgrade my home cinema system, a hefty investment as I wanted to go to a 4k Dolby ATMOS capability, this basically meant throwing everything I had out and starting again.

Being what I would consider an intelligent customer (I am an ex BBC engineer) I like to take my time and pour over the specs in fine detail to ensure compatibility, functionality and aesthetics tick all of the boxes.
In Touchstone AV and particularly in Keith I found a supplier who was happy to meet and exceed my high demands, numerous emails and phone calls on various potential products and resulting queries were made over a few months. I was impressed not only with Keith’s knowledge of current available products on the market but of his knowledge of the industry’s top players yet to be announced and released products. One of these products the SONY VPL-VW760ES projector was the ideal and although release would be some months away, if it was not for Keith I would have purchased a conventional current release model only to have regretted it within a few months.

Keith worked patiently with me to ensure the new cinema would be a dream come true, and I am certainly glad that I have found Touchstone AV and Keith for we have something special that far exceeds our expectations.

So why do I rate Touchstone AV so highly? Well in this day and age it is very rare to find a company that puts customers’ needs ahead of a quick profit, and that is exactly what Touchstone AV do, they are not out to rip you off and indeed will advise an alternative supplier as they did in the case of the Blu Ray player. Having decided on the Sony player I was advised to get it from John Lewis who had a deal on at the time, this player not being a stock item for Touchstone they would not in their words “not be able to honestly offer a competitive price for the product”. This I found reassuring in so many ways I knew I was dealing with a company with integrity and would not be ripped off on price.
In short if you want a Partner in a project who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, believes in best practice and values his customers. Someone who is prepared to help without bias on product selection, gives added value recommendations, value for money service and keeps you informed every step of the way, you won’t do better than putting your faith and trust in Touchstone AV and Keith.

Purchased 1102 Electric Screen, 4k Laser Projector, A range of GoldenEar Speakers (11 plus 2 Subs) numerous HDMI Cables and a bunch of other stuff.

After having a lot of problems running 4K Touchstone were the only company that took my issues on board and also liaising with the manufacturer getting everything sorted. Makes a change to have that sort of back up when my system isn’t running properly. Now everything’s tip top and I will be back again, no doubt....
