I placed 2 orders on the same day and never received any items. They will not tell me what is going with the orders and will not respond to emails. Awful service.

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. My package never arrived to my mail box. I understand that it was the post office fault for placing the shipment in a wrong mail box, however when I emailed touch dolls to tell them what happened they basically told me they couldn’t do anything for me and I should file a claim with the post office, so I’m out almost 40 bucks! a good Company would provide great customer service and would replenish the items to retain their clients. Never again will I order from them!
Shipping takes way longer!
Shipping takes way longer than advertised on their website and as of June and July 2020 customer service is lacking to say the least. Items will arrive, just takes over a month and this store in Florida, US. Hopefully management will hire more customer service reps to assist in the alleged high volume of e-mails etc. In the end of my case, management did resolve the issue which is why I changed my initial one star review to three.
DONT ORDER FROM THEM
If you are in the US do not order from this website. Their customer service is nonexistent. Their website claims they have 3 day shipping. Placed order on June 12 and did not receive my order until July 3rd. They would not return my emails. When they finally did respond, the customer representative told me they would issue me a full refund (I have screen shots). After a few days went by without receiving the refund I reached out again and the new customer representative claimed the first rep. did not have the authority to issue me a refund. Now they’ve stopped answering me all together! Do not buy from them!
Their masks are low quality
Their masks are low quality! They are so thin you can see through them a little when you hold it up to your eyes. The stitching on them is subpar as well. Worth maybe $5 NOT $15.
They steal people’s money
Terrible company I send a piece of merchandise back for a refund it has been a month and they have not gave me their store credit gift card so I can purchase something else I check the tracking number of that piece of merchandise and saw that they received it do not buy from this company they are a scam they still people’s money I am going to report this company to my bank so I can get my money back !!!
Scam, never got mask, do not order
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM. I ordered a mask from TouchDolls on May 1st and still haven’t received my mask. I reached out the TouchDolls twice asking them if they could help me with my situation and both times they didn’t answer (and I waited the appropriate 72 hours for their response). This website is a scam, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Terrible customer service, they don’t respond to you and their phone lines are off during coronavirus so it’s basically impossible to hear back from them. DO NOT ORDER.
Not A cheap company !!!!
I made sure this wasn't a Cheap company . And Trust me its not!!!. If your a 3x I do suggest getting a 1x. For curvy ladies. There fashion is very comfortable and not pricey. I'm not new to them!!!. I've been a regular shopper for 3years and its been consistent. There clothes holds up. They didn't pay me to write this at all. The color is vibrant, very beautiful . Its just like a Fashion Nova or ??? Some Folks just want something for nothing. But to all you beautiful curvy ladies, Please try, you will be so 😊 happy. Touch Boutique , Keep up the wonderful work!!! Im coming back always 🥳
