Excellent communication and service, and this Chinese phone/tablet is tops!

I had just ordered and paid for a new ThL W300 superphone from Touch-Us when I realized I also needed a case for it.
Five minutes after I had sent a "what can I do?" email to Touch-Us I had: exchanged 3 emails with them; selected a color; paid a very reasonable price via PayPal; and the case will be included with the phone so there is no shipping cost.
This was a very easy, prompt, and pleasant communication, and I look forward to being able to report that the rest of their service was just as impressive when I receive my phone.

I ordered this phone late on Friday knowing that it would take a couple of days to pack and send it, 3 to 7 days for DHL to get it to Australia so allowing for a couple of weekends for non-activity I should get it in about 2 weeks.
WRONG! It was sent immediately, and arrived on my doorstep in Brisbane 10am Monday morning - phone and case in one very securely packed parcel.
I would certainly have no hesitation about using Touch Us again, or about buying Chinese technology - the Thl W300 is a superb machine. The processor is fast enough to handle the extraordinary graphics effortlessly, no problems transferring data from a USB drive (once you buy an OTG cable that could have been included!), and the GPS can find me even before I am lost!

Great service and communiation phone was perfect

i used this company as my first purchase outside of ebay for a chinese item, i was worried that i might be scammed or sent a rubbish phone but they proved me wrong.

every step of the way customer support replied instantly to my emails, questions and sent my a tracking number that worked. i got the phone in 7 working days after they shipped it (they shipped 3 days after purchase) and it was wrapped protectively and fully working.

i still use this phone to this day it hasnt let me down once, im upgrading to the quad core version and trying another store as touch-us doesnt have it in stock yet and hope the new website will be as helpful and honest.

touch us lets you pay with paypal without charging you extra for it like fastcardtech does (dont buy from them they give you fake tracking numbers to make you think theyve shipped an out of stock phone)
