The boxes are awesome, my kid really loves them and they are also a good way to bond. We are both waiting every month for the box to arrive :)

Apart of the great content and crafts, the CS team is always super helpful and super responsive.

The content of the boxes has on the whole been brilliant. However, there have been quite a few activities that have repeated 3-4 times since we started the subscription, which is frustrating. Also, the latest accompanying magazine had a competition in it with an external advertiser which closed some years ago. I am extremely impressed with Toucan's efforts to minimise their impact on the environment - with the magazine and the packaging being recyclable/reusable, that is super. Also the packaging inside is I think probably as minimal as they can make it without compromising things. I have to say that I have just cancelled our subscription, but that's because we were getting too many repeats, and we also have saved up a backlog of the projects. We may rejoin in the future because we love every project we try. I would 100% recommend Toucan to friends and family.

My little boy loved receiving his parcel every month and also enjoyed doing the crafts.

I have ordered these boxes for over two years for my great granddaughter who is now becoming too old for them. They have given enormous pleasure and encouraged learning and imaginative thinking.
I recommend ordering them for any lucky child.

We bought a year's subscription for our 5 year old grandson and he has loved receiving the packs every month. The craft ideas are fun and achievable and allow him to be relatively independent as everything is provided. We would highly recommend toucanBox as a company, they have been efficient and helpful.

Excellent arts and crafts. Really fun for the kids. Very imaginative - helped the kids to create funny pieces of art.

The Support Team was very kind and helped me with technical issues.
Finally the first Box arrived and my daughter loves it. The magazine is so nice too!

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!

I have subscribed in June and paid in full, received the first box and for 4 months I have not received a single box!! If you want your child to be left without a crafts box and want to be paying for a service you will not receive then go ahead and subscribe..We are in the middle of a cost of living crisis, I work long hours and 2 jobs, wanted a little treat and activity for my daughter and what happens? An incompetent company with no customer service whatsoever steals your hard earned money and does not respond to messages..I am very frustrated and disappointed!!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! they did not even have the decency to contact me back! I need my money back ASAP!!

Edit: Now they have replied back and told me the boxes have been going to a complete different address, how does this happen if both my shipping and billing address was the same? Guys your date is not safe with this company, I request a refund asap and do not want your products!!!! DATA BREACH!!!!

The boxes have been a favourite in our household. The kids were always looking forward to receiving them.

Still not received our order dated 30th Sept 14days and no response from support !!

I used to love ToucanBox. The crafts are lovely, and really well put together, and my daughter always has a lot of fun working on them.
However - and this is a very big however - they treat customers abysmally. Repeatedly over the last year, they've sent us crafts we've already had - often not that long ago. This is disappointing, and also a huge waste of my money. When I tried to contact their customer-service people - twice: once via WhatsApp and once via email - they ignored me completely.
Given that the only way to cancel your subscription is by contacting customer service, this does not bode well: are they going to keep ignoring my messages and taking my money?

Edited to add: six hours after ToucanBox added the response below, they still have not sent me an email to resolve the issue. Apparently they just want to *look* like they're responding to customers, without actually doing it. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Edited again to add: a couple of hours after my previous edit, they did indeed email me, and offered me a full refund. I've reinstated the second star as a result, but it shouldn't really take a review on Trustpilot to make this happen.

I have had boxes for 2 years v good quality for the money

I've been using Toucanbox since 2017; our first child absolutely loved the activites. It was great, as parents working outside the home, to just have everything there. To be able to sit down and spend that time together on the activies was just brilliant. Our son loved them too and really got stuck in. The activities are a great mix of everything. You may think "well I have all those bits at home" - yes, you do, but it's different when it's all there for you and you can just all sit down together and do it.

Now we have moved on to getting the box for our younger child and we are really looking forward to all sharing this together again

My daughter has enjoyed Toucan crafts over 3 years and now we are passing on to activities more suitable to her age. But I can certainly recommend getting Toucanbox to your little beloved ones: numerous creative activities, well prepared materials, easy explanation. And additionally online service that is willing to assist you on short term notice. Highly recommend!!!

This was a gift for my grand daughter's birthday and she loved it. She started one of the craft items straight away.

The ordering and activation were simple and received as per the promised date. Good job.

Highly recommend contacting the support team at Toucan Box for prompt resolution of all problems if website doesn't present the solution - Particularly for changing addresses/age-suited gifts and other admin problems. These clever little of boxes give great pleasure to children and their parents alike !
