DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

STILL in dispute over a return I sent in October 2024. They said they would refund me within 2 weeks once they'd finally acknowledged the package had been accepted however when chased after 3 weeks they had the AUDACITY to say it hadn't arrived!! When presented with evidence through the tracking company that it had been delivered they said they'd offer a priority refund but I am STILL waiting for this. It's cost me £25 to return their poxy bracelets (beware the overseas return address requiring tracked delivery which must be received within 5 days of the authorisation!!!) but they have not got the decency to fulfil my customer rights.
Bunch of thieving scumbags. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bad customer service. Don't buy!!

I have been in contact with this company for 5 weeks now trying to get a return and or replacement of my totwoo bracelets.

Mind connected fine but my partners bracelet refuse to work and would not connect all messages from my top woo to his only went to the app and his only went to the app at no time did our bracelets communicate with each other.

This company refuses to stand behind their product and is instead asking for a video to prove that it is not working

This company sent a reply through trustpilot.com asking me to prove that their items did not work. They did not give me a phone number, address, email or other contact information to provide that "proof" to. Clearly a stalling tactic.

I am still in litigation trying to get my $140 back. It's now the end of March. I've been fighting since Jan 3, 2025

Don’t Bother!!

Bracelet is pretty, but there are plenty of pretty bracelets out in this world. Buy one of those instead. The app is glitchy, the bracelets send random, non promoted notifications, and are impossible to put on alone (if you want a snug fit). Customer service is non existent, and because they are activated, we can’t return them (how do you know how it works if you don’t activate it?) bottom line… a waste of money.
Addendum: customer service started messaging me after this review was posted. I can officially say their customer service sucks and they do not stand behind their product. They wanted me to send video of the bracelets glitching randomly. The problem with that is that it’s random and I can’t walk around with my camera ready to record, not to mention I would then have to somehow prove that the other bracelet wasn’t activating mine. The request is ridiculous.. It would’ve been fine to just have me return the product and get my money back, but they won’t take it back. It’s just another way to spin your wheels when they have no intention of standing behind their product. Spend your money somewhere else.
2nd addendum: so the company has plastered its copy/stamp/print response onto my review, but my review stands as is. Read between the lines with what they write. They do not stand behind the product, they make it impossible to return or exchange and from what I’ve read, even if you do return it, your money may not be refunded. Please, spend your money somewhere else ! This product is trash.

Jumped on their valentines sales only…

Jumped on their valentines sales only to be disappointed. The money they took from my account was double the amount of the invoice. Messaged them with 5 mins of purchase letting them know. Still haven't heard from them even after sending a second email about my purchase. No email to state the order has been sent. No contact from them AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

Their customer service is terrible

Their customer service is terrible. Email me about mine wasn’t in stock the sent for a site for exchange and it was like I had to purchase all over again. Which I was not doing. Can’t reach no body through call or email. Very unprofessional and rude

Order cancelled but money taken...

Ordered a bracelet and it was cancelled but they marked it as delivered taking full payment.

They emailed saying they had cancelled it and whether I wanted to change it, emailed back asking for estimated time for back in stock with no response after a week.

Created a ticket on their website which says "24 business hour" response. Also website states if orders are cancelled, a FULL refund will be given within "12 business hours".

Paypal dispute now under way

It is very nice

Shipping was fast. Ordering was very easy. We got the bracelet and it was packaged very pretty. When I opened it, it was beautiful to say the least. I absolutely love it! It is good quality and easy to figure out. Very cool that it is rechargeable. Was very happy with it! Would definitely order more products from them!

Great bracelet!

I’ve tried a lot of smart bracelets, but Totwoo really stands out. The touch feature works flawlessly, and the design is elegant. I was worried the bracelet would be bulky, but it’s actually quite lightweight and comfortable. The battery lasts for several days, even with daily use. The shipping was also faster than I expected. Overall, a great purchase!

Innovative product

The Totwoo Smart Touch Bracelet is a fantastic product. I was concerned about how well it would work, but it’s been great so far. Great quality gifts

Great quality gifts! I ordered a last minute gift, received it within a week! Came packaged in a box with bubble wrap for extra protection. The box also included a cute little gift bag! The bracelet is nicely made and doesn't look cheap! I cant wait to order another gift!

These bracelets are incredible!

Being a little over 1000 miles apart is hard, but these bracelets make them better, it’s easier and more convenient than texting and they look good and fit well. These bracelets did not disappoint! Beautiful and works as directed. The packaging for these bracelets is very thoughtful and great for gifting. It came in a really nice pre-wrapped style box with a nice bag too. When you open it, it has some cute messages for you and the chargers were even in boxes under the bracelets labeled “charge for love” and the instructions were in a sweet envelope. The initial instructions were easy. Just charge the bracelets for an hour and follow the app instructions. The chargers are nice and I like the way the bracelets actually lock into place and don’t just set on top and move like smartwatch chargers and other things do. Getting setup and connected did not take long at all,

Cute & Unique

I bought these bracelet for me & my girlfriend. These bracelets are amazing. I love them. I got these and they work wonderfully as long as you both have the app working in the background. Connecting and usage is super simple, and having this go off when they’re thinking about you is so soothing! If you’re right next to each other, they don't work as well, but once you’re apart, the bracelets work great! I highly recommend these.
