I looooove tote & carry! I got my sister a back pack as a birthday gift and she loves her backpack.I also purchased the luggage for me and my boyfriend for our trip to Vegas in May and I got so many compliments!

I bought two bags from Tote&Carry. The large and the medium size . I bought them in the most beautiful ivory color. There are no yellow tones. It’s gorgeous ivory I wish I had everything I own in that color. The quality is there. It’s luxurious sturdy great zippers grippers on the bottom. Keep their shape and very roomy. Best part is a fair fair price. I am waiting for them to develop luggage frankly I’ll buy the whole set, so enjoy these bags. I have paid so much more money for less quality and never an ivory like this . All the colors are stunning

This my 2nd order and I love my sets, the quality, color, and price love love love.

Have placed 3 separate orders with different products. Delivery time for each was about 2 weeks. My favorite pieces are the black travel set because I dont have to "check" luggage. The quality is very good and I've used it 4 times and it still looks and functions great! I also ordered clothing (track suits). The sizing is a little inconsistent, but the material and structure are good. Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchases and will more than likely order again. Would give 5 stars if the website didn't have a few issues.

I am satisfied with every purchase I've made. I'm a returning customer and each purchase and experience has been as it should. My first purchase was for my entire family which includes two college boys and our luggage is still looking good and serving the purpose. My second purchase was for Spring/Summer travel for me and my partner and we are yet again SATISFIED. I'll be back again because there are about 3 more colors I want. BTW if you actually order stuff on the regular from anywhere, you would know that once the seller ships, they are no longer responsible. It is on the carrier. Received my new bags. They are great quality and the color is stunning. Super thrilled with the value of this product and how quickly it shipped out. This is the second set of bags I’ve bought from here. I got my mom a purple Apollo carry on when her old bag got stolen she loves it.

First of all my niece has your luggage in that beautiful rich green and I love it. I asked her where she ordered it and she give me totencarry. I went right to it and saw all the beautiful colors and I ordered the red. I can't wait to go anywhere to show them off. Now my sister getting ready to order the green like her daughter. I like the style and the price.

I ordered it and said it was going to come on the 9th but came on the 5th or 6th. So I was happy about that. My box was not damaged and my bags are beautiful. I know they don’t scam people cause my sister orders from them all the time. This is my first time ordering from them and I love it!

I purchased this whole set over $1100.00 before it was even “famous”. It was sentimental because the color emerald Green was my BFF favorite color. She passed & I even personalized my tags with her name. I also referred & several of my friends purchased sets, and bags. At least 5 can name. So here’s the issue..MY WHEELS BROKE ON EVERY SUITCASE.. I HAVE REACHED OUT FOR REPLACEMENT WHEELS, NOT EVEN A REPLACEMENT SET.. SEEING THE WHEELS ARE GOLD AND UNIQUE. I EVEN HAVE A TEAR BY THE HANDLE.

ME: Now I am here with 3 suitcases duffle bag, 2 laptop bags, personalized tags on luggage, that I had 2 years, almost $1200.00 dollars, and you’re telling you can’t help?? No replacement wheels, luggage or anything.. It is said this luggage is durable & would last a lifetime.. “I didn’t even get 5 years. My first international trip with luggage to Greece, first suitcase broke. Has to buy an emergency suitcase. Started carrying the middle and small suitcases, a wheel is broken on each. I reached out again.
Me: first off I understand you are saying a 6 month guarantee, but I have NOT EVEN TRAVELED OR USED THE SUITCASES TILL AFTER A YEAR, AS I WAS UNABLE TO TRAVEL, BECAUSE I WAS CARING FOR A SICK MOM.

*** Tote & Carry is a company that only wants money. They don’t even stand behind their own Product. I have brought Samsonite for years. If it’s an issue with luggage, there is a remedy. Even if it’s not repair, it’s a replacement. But to offer None of the above.. NOT A REPAIR, REPLACEMENT IS INSANE ON A ALMOST $1200.00 PURCHASE.. THE UNPROFESSIONALISM IS ALSO UNCANNY.. THIS LUGGAGE 🧳 LOOKS BEAUTIFUL, I AM ALWAYS COMPLIMENTED & STOPPED IN AIRPORT. HOWEVER THE CRAFTSMANSHIP IS BELOW PAR. ITS ASHAME BECAUSE, I CANNOT EVEN BRING MYSELF TO REFER WHEN ASKED WHERE I PURCHASED.
Like stated above I have brought this brand, and promoted before it was really “popular”, So I expect some kinks or things going wrong. However their pricing Was definitely not for the faint either, and I wanted a Nice luggage set to HONOR my friend, Sister, and Travel partner for 30 years, & This was my gift to myself in commemoration of my “FIRST” GIRLS TRIP WITHOUT HER IN 30 years.

Brands.. I support Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and several other high quality fashion. So buying this luggage, seeing it was an African American man involved was a proud moment. I thought wow this is a nice looking quality bag. I didn’t question the amount, as I don’t question when I’m buying a bag with “GG”Or “LV” labels. However, the difference is with original purchase receipt, I can get repairs when needed. Any company that stands behind their product should offer a remedy, when things go wrong! Hell, Even Nike replace sneakers when an air bubble popped!!! YOU TELLING ME, WE COULDN’T Have FIXED THIS Tote&Carry?? #disappointed

NEVER RECIEVED MY PACKAGE. The INSURANCE FOR THE PACKAGE IS A RIP OFF. CUSTOMER SERVICE SENDS ME TO FED EX AND FED EX SENDS ME TO TOTE AND CARRY. MY COMPANY WAS LOOKING TO BUY MINIMUM OF 10 SETS AS GIFTS FOR A RETREAT UNTIL THIS HAPPENED. WE ALWAYS MAKE A PURCHASE BEFORE BUYING IN BULK. THANKS BUT NO THANKS.

I have purchase 13 bags (for personal use and as gifts) and have had a heap of issues - from delayed delivery and canceled preorders, to ineffective and unprofessional customer service - yet I continued to support. I started off ordering their bags and was excited when the rollers dropped so I could truly have a full travel set. Perfect for a day trip, work trip, or one-month getaway. And boom - at the height of my travel the rollers really failed me. I have 4 rollers - 2 lg, 1 medium and 1 carryon and wavh have their own flaws. I’ve already had to replace a wheel, the undercarriage and the faultiness was so bad on one they agreed to replace but of course the color and size were “discontinued”. How convenient. Very disappointed I have to restart building my travel sets.

The book bags and duffles have held up, so I’ll keep those for day/car trips but the rollers are trash.

I’ve purchased many bags from this store and I’ve never been disappointed in the quality or aesthetics. Had an unfortunate accident with a suitcase I purchased, but it is fixable and was covered under their warranty. Love this store overall and happy to support.
