Miscounted items

I ordered favor jute bags. The bags are nice and looks exactly as described. The reason I am giving 1 star is because the company sent me 72 bags out of the 125 bags I paid for. I have been communicating with their support service with no clear outcome. I still need 53 additional missing items (already paid for) by April 3rd since the event is on April 4th 2026. I would strongly advise you to count and recount every orders prior to shipping.
Would review the number of stars based on how customer service resolves this issue.

“Affordable Tote Bags/Giveaway Tote Bags”

Your website said these bags were heat transferable but they’re not. I tried multiple temperatures and multiple time settings and nothing stuck. I ended ruining a bag and a transfer. I emailed the customer service, and have not heard back yet.

Fast shipping, great communication, sturdy bag

I am working on ordering for an Earth Day 5k and fun run and needed 4 samples. I reached out and was able to communicate by email and got a response within a day and then shipping came within 5 days. very pleased with the bag we chose for our bag. The Standard 100 is perfect for screen printing. Looks clean, and dirable with well proportioned handles. Will be ordering for the race now with confidence!
