We had challenges with Malware and Total AV with their VPN reolsved the issue completely.

Auto‑Renewal Disabled, Yet Still Charged £99
I’m really disappointed with TotalVPN. Even though I had auto‑renewal turned off for my TotalVPN‑only subscription—the only one I’m actually able to manage—they still renewed a subscription under TotalAV for £99 on 16/03/2026 (Invoice: 124108197), labelled as “Ultimate VPN.” The whole setup is confusing and unclear.
I’ve contacted their billing team and asked them to cancel the subscription and issue a full refund, especially since I’m still within the 30‑day renewal cancellation period. On top of that, I barely used the service, which is exactly why I had auto‑renewal disabled in the first place.
Waiting on customer services response.
