Michael and his colleagues are true gentlemen. They acted very professionally and quickly to sort out the mice problem we had in our house. He was very understanding with my personal circumstances and showed me and my family a lot of love and care during what was a difficult time for us. Fast, efficient, and armed with more knowledge than a library full of pest encyclopedias, Joe is without a doubt the best in the South West.

We had a bit of an “unofficial pet problem” (let’s just say the mice were getting too comfortable), but Joe arrived like a knight in shining pest-control armor. We had an issue with hearing noises coming from our loft. We got in touch with Total Pest Control and the lady on the phone was very polite who sent out Alex to us the next day!

Alex was extremely polite and extremely thorough when investigating the loft area. Although nothing was found. he was excellent at explaining the problem. He pointed out that we had a small hole in the loft which animals may be entering through but had found no remnants of nesting nor droppings. He repaired the hole in the loft and we’ve not had any issues since.

He told us to get in touch should it continue but as far as we can tell. The problem was solved.

Following a recent sighting of a rat, I initially reached out to Joe at TPC for some advice. His support was first class, prompt, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He then arranged for a site visit with a local engineer.

Tony's site visit was superb; he was thoroughly professional, skilled and experienced, he put everyone at ease. He is a great character and i enjoyed his company ads he worked. His follow-up visit indicated signs of infestation but also strong progress toward eradication.

A great service all around, A huge thank you to the TPC team for their expertise and support.

I contacted Total Pest Control to clear and re-insulate the loft space in a property I am currently renovating. The service has been excellent from start to finish. Particular thanks are due to Jody Everett for surveying and providing professional, expert advice very promptly following initial contact, to Simon for liaising to arrange the work and to Kevin and colleague for working very diligently, leaving the space clean and tidy. All of this took place within a two week timescale. I’m extremely pleased and can’t recommend this company enough - thank you!

Booked through the landlords agent to provide a quote for a full decontamination of my loft. I told them that I wasn't going to be home and to call me when they were on their way as I was staying two minutes away. Found out this morning through the landlords agent that someone did actually turn up at 2pm but just left when nobody was home!! Didn't even try and call me or the agent. Absolute joke.
