Hello my name is sileiny brand IBO 35396039 and I just want to say that my name was actually metion twice on yesterdays live with Jhon licari for close out Thursday being that they was giving away nutraburts for the live viewers and i do recall there was two representative assisting in the live they spoke about angry customers calling in and my first comment was that i am pleased with the customer service of TLC and the young lady said my name sileiny brand aquino 35396039 that I won a nutra burst and the second comment i complemented Jhon Licari by say that he was handsome and Mr Licari said she will get a nutraburts as well I call customer service today and they tell me my name was not on the list for the nutra burst price and I always watch the lives with my family and I feel thats not fair but i will still be a life changer and sell and use the product because TLC changed my life god bless

The company is good overall

The company is good overall. The things I think that can be improved are the length of time it takes for items to restock ie, matrix, I also believe if you are purchasing a bundle or kit it should be at a reduced price instead of the same total as purchasing the products separately. Additionally there should also be kits available to cater to persons who want to gain weight. All in all you guys are doing a good job customer service has been great.

Lack of Accountability

For 3 months, I had two orders over $250 delayed and sitting in the warehouse despite numerous attempts through tickets submission, when phone lines numbered in the hundreds for wait time. My Upline tried all she could and even replaced some product. Through phone calls, the product was sent to my customers and me with NO APOLOGY, Coupons or Offer of any compensation.

As a Representative, I heard things from the Upline like, "Deal with it." or "Quit the business now if you can't deal with this poor Customer Service." or "If you are worried about Customer Service, you don't want to make money." THIS was unacceptable to me when it was my turn to experience it during Pandemic and working loyally. In fact, it became demoralizing to deal with the lack of leadership on business issues, account over charges even when processing New Distributors or server issues.

You can't have Leaders using Principles only make their numbers benefit each week and overlook the Corporate Improvements necessary to OUR customers. Further, what do we offer to our team when this level of lack of accountability and professionalism is stacked on top of other leadership issues in the process of building.

I joined TLC a year ago and i can say…

I joined TLC a year ago and i can say that not only i regained my weight loss plan to suit my life style, i became confidence, happy and helped others as well.
The tea helped me a lot.
T L C members are very nice and helpful.
Thank you very much for celebrating my birthday and my first year aniverssary with the lovely gifts.
TLC you are the best.
Excellent.

Poor customer service I have missing…

Poor customer service I have missing orders an I didn’t get my 50$ for hitting G5 the first time I also put a slip in no response it’s just horrible customer service but the product is awesome plus I’ve been getting cheated out of my money they been taking a 1$ after every deposit which isn’t right so hopefully someone will reach out.

I love my TLC products

I love my TLC products. I just feel that shipping and handling is too expensive. Due to the price of the products, shipping and handling should either be included or a lot lower.
