Happy little Vegemite.

I have just had my hybrid flooring finished less than a week ago, and I am very impressed with the staff with their knowledge and ability to share. Nothing was a problem, even when I couldn’t decide between two products. The installation went without a hitch, the men again being professional and knowledgeable about the product and the best way to install it. They gave me tips on how to look after it, and were happy in their work. The degree of communication and the pleasantness between them, and to myself, was respectful and friendly. They treated my furniture with respect and put everything back exactly as I had it originally. Couldn’t ask for a better job. Plus it looks amazing! Thank you Total Floors Toowoomba!

Finally had to cancel my order due to…

Finally had to cancel my order due to shocking delivery timetable!!. Twice it failed to be collected. Third time still not sure if it was collect, no notification!! I now await a very speedy return of my money please. I was offered a 10% discount on my next order but frankly that won’t be happening!!!!

As it clearly states throughout our website, our delivery is within 3-5 working days.

We are surprised to receive this review from you already.

I can only apologise that on this occasion we have been let down by DPD with your order arriving in 5 working days. I have just spoken to DPD and they have just informed me that their systems have been down for 2 days which is why the issues have happened.

As you said, we are assuming the issues on DPD's end are also a result of 'half the country being pinged by track and trace'.

I understand your frustration, I too am frustrated that DPD have presented a negative view of Total Floor to you. We have tried to be as helpful as we possibly can.

Even though you have been consistently rude to our staff, we still will continue to do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction whatever the outcome.

I will check with DPD immediately and if they have failed with the collection again, will issue a refund right away.
