The app is a Nightmare & they don't Refund anything..
I bought & downloaded this app. The next day I went to start up my computer. Forget it, got an error window saying this app had an error with it & would not allow my computer to start up. This app totally messed up my computer. Had to go into Safe Mode to delete it in several places. Then my computer started up with no problem. Now, I ask for my money back, and they are ghosting me. "Money back guarantee"...BULL!!! This company & the app is a NIGHTMARE!!!

Scammers
After searching for hours finally found a phone number to contact them as i just found out they have been charging me yearly for a subscription i didnt renew and have no access to stop it and the difference in price is £350 more! Then they billed me again there for £149 so i contacted them on the 4/05/26 and now the number is disconnected after ringing them up a few times and you can no longer find a phone number online for them. All i want is a refund back as i contacted them within the 14 days time frame as stated in consumer law!
Probably a great company to use if for P.C but i just have a mobile phone and havent been logged in for years.
Customer service is clearly terrible as they just keep avoiding you

Everything seems to fine. I am sorry this all I say right now, I had bad stork last year. I was in coma for about 3 weeks in a nursing home 9mouths.

At first I was hesitant in joining and…
At first I was hesitant in joining and in paying the discount fee through my visa card online because I was afraid that the TotalAV website that I was browsing might be a fake one.
I checked my visa card account and found that my payment was made really to TotalAV account. I also checked through Google that TotalAV is a renowned antivirus company.
So I feel relieved now especially I now find that my installed TotalAV has really cleaned up the viruses in my computer.
