Long refund on an order that can't be met
I’m disappointed with my recent experience with Tosize. I ordered plywood, only to be informed two days later that it was unavailable—yet it was still listed on your website. Despite this, 2500 DKK was charged to my account on March 3rd. I requested a refund, which I was promised within “a few business days,” but only received the money on May 12th—over two months later.
This delay reflects poorly on Tosize’s customer service and its treasury policy, which seems to prioritize working capital over customer satisfaction. I expected much better.
Updated my review to 3 stars as the company answered my complaint to say sorry, to admit their mistake in the refund processing time & to mention that the plywood was removed from their website after my order.
