The product quality is top notch and price is competitive as well. Only drawback I felt was regarding the delivery timing, they need to update the customer about delivery date and provide some kind tracking number.

Order two cases one was okay but the other one took about a whole month and still not here I asked for a refund I had to fight them about to get my refunds and I had to pay to ship my case back to return it not buying from them again

Torres does it again! They are batting a complete 1,000 in all the items I’ve tried. This time it was the ice charger cables and the charger. Stellar, made bulletproof. I’ll buy more soon.

Great case- great customer service.
I drop my phone a lot…the case with the air bags and raised edges protects it very well. The warranty is legit….the case has held up to a lot of abuse, but the ring was getting loose. Warranty covered it- no issues. 100% will order from them again.

I purchased a Torras case via Amazon, for my iPhone 17 pro Max, unfortunately, the case started to discolour so I was told to contact via Amazon the manufacturer (Torras) within a few days I receive an email from them saying that I was still in warranty and they would gladly replace the defective case, all they needed was my shipping address, I had already supplied the sales Information etc via the original email I sent to them. Four days later, I received the same email requesting my shipping address so I reply to that... again a week later I received the exact same email asking for my shipping address.. this time I examine the email carefully and noticed that it was written via AI.. even though it had the name Simon as the correspondence contact detail... I am still waiting for reply to my email and a replacement case.. I keep getting the same AI generated replies. This is terrible customer service.

First off, I’m really glad to hear you still love the minimalist design and the grey-orange color combination of the case — those are details we worked hard-on, and it means a lot to know you appreciate them! I also noted your suggestion about being able to purchase the colored buttons separately, and I’ll pass that feedback along to our product team for future consideration.
Regarding the discoloration, based on how carefully you’ve used the case, it’s unlikely to be from clothing dye. Marks like this can sometimes develop naturally with regular use, even with careful handling — for example, minor friction with surfaces or contact with oils from daily use can interact with the case material over time and cause discoloration.
The good news is that your order (ID: withheld ) is still covered under our warranty, so we can absolutely help resolve this for you. To make things as easy as possible for you, we’d be happy to send a brand-new replacement case at no cost, and you won’t even need to return the old one.

Just recieved the Ostand Q3 VegSkin for Samsung S26 Ultra and I am utterly dissapointed in this product and brand. Spent €86.18 for case, glass and lens protectors. The lens protector didn't stick properly and got ruined and so had to discard. Wasted €20 right there. The screen protector application is so cheap and the instructions are rubbish. The QR codes directed to the official website but the videos did not load? The worst thing of all, the case is so so cheap looking and plastic. The case feels horrible to hold in this slippy molded plastic trash. I was looking forward to it arriving but was surprised that this cheap tat took too long coming from China. What absolutely overpriced cheap plastic rubbish. A total waste of money and I feel misled by all the YouTube videos promoting this case. I must have been taken in by paid promotions. Absolutely terrible experience and almost €90 down the drain. I will be going to a local cheap chinese phoneshop tomorrow to get a proper cheap chinese case for a quarter of the price. Awful experience.

Got 2 cases for our Galaxy S26 Ultras. The Ostand on the Vegskin case is so useful. We use it all the time :)
i ordered online and paid for three items: iphone 17 pro max case, which arrived within a week, that's great. The other two items, battery packs, after more than one month, never arrived. I didn't get any notifications from Torras at all until i emailed to customers service. I requested refund for the items that i didn't receive and it is being processed. I like the product, good quality. Next time will purchase via Amazon, not direct purchase on Torras website.
